We really enjoy Pho as a family. The owner of this business or I assume someone who has investment is really on it. She seems like a type A personality who is running a tight ship! It's clean in there. The food was amazing: the portions of pho were huge. My son usually can enjoy some pho, but he will have to do the kids size next time and that'll be plenty. We will be back for sure even willing to make the 20 minute drive.

TL;DR: Flavors bland and not authentic Vietnamese, I don't plan on coming here again.Food:In general not authentic tasting Vietnamese. Flavors of the bahn mi were way off making it just a normal sandwich. The grilled pork chop was ok, but tasted like fish sauce was the only thing added. Stir fry noodles were very bland and the noodles had a distinct instant ramen texture to them.Service:Server was friendly but completely forgot to put in the order for one of the dishes.Ambiance:Clean, nothing too fancy and not authentic decorations by any means. Overall:Just ok, don't plan on coming back.

Second visit, both were very weak. Pho both times and the broth lacks flavor, the bowl lacks ingredients ie, very little meat, and the spring rolls are simply rolled up lettuce. It's as if they are trying to make payroll of every single customer individually. Several much better places in town.

The pho portion is huge here. The broth is clear and although it's not as fragrant as I'm used to the taste was good. The bread of the banh mi sandwich was authentic and crispy. There was too much mayonnaise, if that's not your thing. The tofu vegetarian banh mi was filled to the brim. The pickled carrots could have used more time in the pickling brine, but at least it wasn't too sour. Service is fast and employees are friendly. Parking is plentiful.

There is def a plus in the pho plus. The bowl was huge! The bowl was bigger than my head. The broth was warm and flavorful, the meat was tender. I will enjoy my leftovers tomorrow. It was not too busy on a Monday night, and service was fine. The restaurant was bigger than I thought it would be there are quite a few booths going back. I liked their cute branded fake bamboo plates. The fried rice was ok. I don't know if it was Jasmine, but it seemed more lake a type of Basmati? It was longer and thinner.

I love how easy and casual this pho spot it! Located in the heart of Carmel, I stopped in for lunch and was so please with my meal. Service was quick even when they were starting to pick up with business. Everything came out exactly the way I wanted and tasted delicious. Pricing for the value/portion was average.

We got spring rolls, pho Tai, and seafood pho. Everything was very good. We were shocked by how big the bowls of pho were. They were the largest bowls of pho we have ever gotten. It was enough pho for 2 meals. They also have bubble tea. We stopped because it was close to IU North so it's a great spot to stop if you have an appt before or after.

I was greeted when I walked in. It wasn't too busy during lunch time. They offer a variety of things on the menu. I thought she said the vegetarian spring rolls were fried until they came out. The bowl of pho was HUGE. The pictures does no justice. It was well worth the price. I've tried pho several times, and I've come to realize that I'm not a fan. You should definitely try them out if you're in the area.

If you want a massive portion of pho for a pretty good price, then come here! $15 for the biggest bowl I've ever had. I had the pho tai, which i loved. The broth was delicious and i thought the steak was perfect. Our service was a little chaotic - we weren't given spoons and our Vietnamese coffee didn't have any sweetened condensed milk. It felt like there may have been a bit of a language barrier. But everyone was very kind and we worked through it!
