PGA TOUR Superstore - Indianapolis

I've always wanted to learn how to golf and when I was invite to the PGA Tour superstore for #WomensGolfDay, I couldn't resists. Since the start of the pandemic, there has been a spike in the number of women getting interested in golfing and this was their way to welcome us all! As soon as I came in, I was greeted by several team members and they were so helpful. There were several different stations that we could choose from. The PGA TOUR Superstore is the leading experiential golf retailer - golf enthusiasts of all levels can come to the store and practice putting on the green and hitting in the bay, receive an in-house custom club fitting, get their clubs repaired, or take lessons from certified teaching professionals. I needed every bit of this. I never had golf lessons before, so working with a professional was super helpful. It also improved my confidence. Throughout the whole day participants also received 10% off purchases..good deal to me. The endless choices of golf supplies, gear, and equipment was impressive! If you are golf lover, I'm this place would be heaven for you!

Tim the pro here is an incredible educator. I've taken lessons with good pros in the past but he was more observant and honest about my and my girlfriends swing than any I've met with before. Really pleasant, really patient, and really knowledgeable about both golf swing mechanics and the game of golf. If you need a lesson, come here and find Tim ASAP.

I've been golfing for my whole life and have been to numerous golf stores for fittings etc. My criteria for a good fitting/experience is competency, no pressure to buy, and a nice guy that seems to have my best interest in mind. I have no doubt that the older bald guy who fit me knew what he was doing, but some off handed comments and a lot of buying pressure detracted from my experience. I am 21, so I get if he thinks I'm just there testing clubs for a free lunch, but I didn't end up buying from there simply because of his attitude, rude comments, and extreme sense of pride and entitlement. I gave it two stars though because the younger staff were quite nice, the store has a lot of options, and is overall pretty nice.

We have been to this place twice now. Bought some sweet club covers for a gift. Then used their practice bays. Both times had great experience.

I want to give a shout out to Marnie who helped me with refitting my existing golf clubs. The store was super busy today as it was a Saturday with warm weather. When my husband and I arrived we were told to expect an hour wait. After waiting about 45 minutes and watching Marnie coordinate each of the waiting customers in turn she pulled me aside and told me she would personally see to fitting my clubs since we had been waiting so long. She quickly identified that I really needed my clubs lengthened by a half of an inch and upon further observation suggested I might want to try larger grips. I really appreciated all her expertise and I can't wait to play with my clubs this Spring. Thanks Marnie for great customer service!

PGA Tour Superstore in Castleton is the best place to Walk in and buy golf gear in Indy hands down! The Customer Service at PGA Tour Superstore is about the exact opposite of what You'll get at Golf Galaxy, which was very refreshing to have above and beyond Customer Service. When I walked into the store I received a friendly greeting, about 20 seconds later I was in the shoe area of the store and was asked by another associate what I was looking for and how they could help. It was around lunch and the store was pretty busy and the salesperson helped me with shoes and then find a new golf bag to use with my push cart. I cannot urge folks enough to NOT go to Golf Galaxy and waste Your time and money whilst being treated rudely, Everyone needs to know to go to PGA Tour Superstore for all of their golf needs!!!! Try GPA Tour Superstore and You will be happy that You did!

Excellent array of golf supplies and professional and friendly staff. Have purchased several sets of clubs and they always go the extra mile to please you! Also, they have a 90 return policy on new golf clubs if you don't like them. The give you 100% credit towards another set. No one else does that.

Best golf store in central Indiana. Great equipment selection and the customer service is fantastic, never bothering with golf galaxy or dick's again.

Went into the Golf Galaxy store to get a Nippon 950FW staff put into my Cobra Hyper Steel SZ 5 wood. I had the club and the shaft. Now I realize that the club is from 2006, and that hardly anybody is putting steel into their fairway woods, if they even carry fairways as opposed to hybrids. The club fitter said that the shaft would not fit. This is the same type shaft that is in the 3 wood in my bag. I know it fits. Anyway, I took the club and shaft down the street to the PGA Superstore. They took the clubhead off of the graphite shaft and easily slid the steel shaft into the head with no effort. Even offered to do that free of charge just so that i would know one way or the other. Two thumbs up to PGA. You get my business.

We've had a great experience every time we've been in the store. The staff are all knowledgeable. We've bought clubs for a 4-yr old and also swing analysis for an adult son. Highly recommend!
