The food was made fresh to order. It was hot and flavorful. I'm content as they had falafel, which is one of my favorite things to eat. They've been here for 8yrs. Friendly, guys. Intimate space. My food was definitely worth every penny. My combo came with a sandwich, fries, and drink.

Let's talk not getting the sodas for any of our combo's that's 3 missing drinks. The fries were all different temperatures and some were not cooked thoroughly. Sauce was garlic sauce was sloppy and watery runing out of packages.the food had more garnish than gyro and lamb. I don't want lettuce I wanted meat. Cold, sloppy, and missing food. The falafel app was almost perfect except no sauce. So dry.. $70 ,for very subpar food. They use to be way better. Food quality,quantity,and consistency way down, But Prices are going up up up .

I wanted to introduce my friend to Petra and while we loved the ambience, service and atmosphere I knocked off a star for the meat on my meat platter to be extra dry. I had to generously slather garlic sauce to ensure the dip cut the dryness, which it eventually did. The place gets so busy right at dinner and the crowd was extremely chic and fun. A lot of to go orders and DoorDash deliveries were being prepared. This is really nice place with authentic Mediterranean food -just the timing could have been wrong with my visit.

Looking for authentic hummus ? This is the place. I could literally eat their hummus by itself that is how delicious, fresh and authentic it is. I've never had such good hummus before. This is my go to hummus place. I usually always get either the chicken Shawarma platter or wrap. They sauce it up with the perfect amount. If you like spice - be sure to ask for the spicy sauce it adds a nice little kick! This place is inexpensive for such delicious food. I highly recommend this place when you're craving Middle Eastern food.

I was craving Mediterranean food so I ordered through GrubHub. I've never been here before but everything looked delicious. I was looking to order something on the healthier side so I opted for the veggie kabob sandwich. What I thought I was getting was not what I got but it was still delicious. I was expecting grilled veggies but it was chickpeas, cabbage, pickles, pepperoncinis and olives with cheese all in a warm pita. I added tzatziki but it was super messy with all of that going on so I'd get sauce on the side next time. The fattoush salad was my favorite. The pita croutons were yummy and the dressing was lemony and bright.Both were very filling and a lot of food for a great price for $8-$10 each.

Long day? Late night munchies? Decided you're not cooking dinner but don't want to spend an arm and a leg to go out? Petra is my cure for all of these scenarios.As someone who prides themselves on trying new places or at least new menu items, Petra's spicy gyro is truly my weakness. The gentleman behind the counter recommended it the first time I went, and it's so good that I can't bring myself to switch things up. It has a kick, but isn't so hot that I have to take a sip of water between bites. Instead I can just munch on and on and on....Ingredients are fresh and flavorful. Fries are crisp and well-seasoned. Portions are big enough that I usually have leftovers the next day (depending on how intense the late night munchies are!). Staff are friendly. There's a small seating area, but I prefer to take out. Undoubtedly one of the best hidden gems on Mass Ave. Love you, Petra. Please don't ever change.

The kebab sandwich after a night out is the highlight of my day!!!! I love love love the kebab sandwich and it's so good! The chicken sharma is also so good as well. Fries and a drink combo for 13 can't be beat!

I usually don't come here during the day shift, this place is a staple after a night of drinking. I got the chicken shawarma with rice instead of fries and night shift just makes it better! They are way happier and dance around to the music while they make food too so it's always a good time! The food always comes out fast and hot so really, I can't complain.

Cozy yet warm and welcoming restaurant, small very clean dining area. Great staff with great service. We ordered 2 phily steak combos, a mixed kebab & lamb kebab. Food tasted absolutely delicious and authentic.. everything thing tasted great and delicious, meats were cooked the right way they should, salads were amazing and rice was great... every bite was full of flavour.Dish prices are very reasonable compared to portions served and quality of food.We had a wonderful time and experience and we highly recommend this restaurant especially for those seeking authentic high quality food.

I ordered the chicken shawarma sandwich and it was delicious. The meat and flavors were so creamy on the palate. Highly recommend 8/10. The only reason I give an 8 is because the fries were hard and cold.
