Came in for a quick dinner after work with a colleague, and has a solid experience.Pros- Speed- From the time I ordered my Philly steak and fries until I got it at the table, was about 7 minutes, so not bad. - Quality- The fries were hot and fresh, and the sandwich had a solid amount of steak (always good)Con- Temp- It was cold out, but it was also freezing inside, so the food didn't stay hot for long, but otherwise it was great.

Customer service was awful, a young lady with dyed hair was very rude to me and a short young short man with dark hair forgot to cook my meat and I watched him put it directly on the sandwich and not on the grill. The bathrooms were disgusting and none of the tables were clean.

This place is a mess. While I've been here I've seen some one get an incomplete order. They put the wrong name on my order. Then they gave it to the wrong customer. So they had to redo my sandwich and apparently put me at the end of the line. When I finally get my sandwich all I get is a "Sorry bout that." Lots of confusion behind the counter as I sit here and watch. I used to like coming here but it's gone down hill. I won't be back.

I have NEVER had such a problem with this place. The food has always been good. I always get the lemonade because I love it so much. The customer service is generally okay. Today was terrible. I got a lemonade and it tasted like lemon water with no sugar at all. I made my complaint, and asked if it could be fixed. The cashier said something to another worker (possibly a shift leader) He said something like "nobody else has complained so don't add any sugar"Are you kidding me? The cashier did add some sweetener and let me taste it. It still didn't taste like lemonade, but I wasn't about to continue arguing with someone that clearly didn't want to help me. I dumped it out and got a Pepsi instead. They basically gave me crap about it, and then didn't offer a refund or anything. The only worker that was actually polite was the order taker. Thanks for being the highlight of my experience random order taker.Edit: the general manager contacted me about it and found out they made the lemonade wrong. He apologized profusely, and said he would be coaching his team. Hopefully next time I go, things are settled there! Greatly appreciate his concern.

review... Covid has over taken us all. It's hard and we are all feeling it. We see the effects everywhere. With that said, does the give a business the right to charge $12 for sub par fries? $40 for two steak sandwiches, drinks and a shared large fry? You get to judge how you are treated during with the after effect! Right?Truth the sandwiches and fry order we took home and enjoyed. But the experience was flawed, onions missing from the regular cheese steak sandwich; soggy bland fries which is typical of this chain. The service was on par with the current pandemic. Funny how we change our standards!? Penn Station is a good chain of restaurants but I think they have taken advantage of pricing in the current situation. Non the less we get to choose to eat there food or not!Happy eating!

This is a fantastic restaurant. I recommend the club and I'm not joking when I say--in my opinion--it is the best food ever. I get the large sub on white and grilled with all the toppings it comes with. You can add extra mayo and honey mustard if you want to add just a bit more flavor but it is amazing how originally comes. The manager is very nice and so is his staff. I eat here 1-2 times a week.

I don't leave reviews, but there are a lot of bad penn stations and this one is definitely not one of them. Food is always good and the manager is a really cool guy. I placed an online order and forgot and placed another in the store, got home and realised and when I called he refunded one of them without me asking.

Just spent nearly $30 for 1 meal and 1 sandwich.Specifically ASKED the order taker if the LARGE special meal came with a LARGE fry. Was immediately told "YES".(I asked because their menu board on the wall is roped off, and I could not read the fine print from a distance.)Based on that answer, I ordered the large special meal with a large fry. And a second sandwich for my wife. I even told the order taker that we would be sharing the LARGE fry when he asked if we wanted fries with the other sandwich.Received my order with a small fry. Apparently the order-taker rang the meal with a small fry. Okay, that happens. But, this is a "meal special"... it comes with fries and drink... so... wouldn't the LARGE meal special come with the LARGE fries, and a LARGE drink - just like the order-taker TOLD US?!Apparently... NO, it doesn't!I asked the manager to correct it since I was told otherwise.He would not correct it. Says he's not allowed to "cost the company money." And, proceeded to correct the employee that made the mistake right in front of me! Told me I was wrong because I couldn't read the small print on their roped off, far away, menu board.Well, that just cost the company two customers that would spend $30+ a visit...... all for about $1 in potatoes (@ your cost).That's just... what can I say... DUMB. Your employee made a legit mistake. Fix it, and you could have kept a happy - and RETURNING - customer. However, I will not be back. (And, I sure would NOT want to work there if my manager was going to throw me under the bus like that...)
