Penn Station

This hasn't been good to me in a long time, but not today!Let me start by saying they are heavy on the onions and light on other toppings. The fries had no salt, but packets are available.The cheesesteak was good, slightly salty. I wish they had wiz.I really liked the Reuben. It had some inedible fatty bits and could have used more sauce, but quite tasty.Customer service was excellent.

A sub from here is always fire! I'm a Philly cheesesteak lover & honestly this is the best Philly in Cincy! Service is always good no matter how busy they are...the place could use a soak in bleach for few days or a refresher! My sandwich was hot & fresh as the place was empty on a Friday night!

I went in to use a coupon for free fries that I got in the mail. When I arrived, it was empty. I was on a call and they have a policy about not placing orders while on the phone. As I finished several people came in. I eventually placed my order. I asked that the grill would be cleaned so that the chicken isn't mixed with beef. The young man taking the order assured me that it won't touch. I ordered teriyaki chicken and used my coupon for my free fries. It didn't take long to prepare because there were getting people in and out. The sandwich was good. Lots of onions however so had to pull some out. The fries are really good. Hate that they use peanut oil because my household can't eat them so I have to eat long before going home. It was good and loved the free fries. I will be back to this location when in the area. The service was good. The food was tasty. My only issue was all the onions on the sandwich.

Good food, kinda greasy but it's Penn Station. They were nice at first. Went to pay and they are very soft spoken, so I could not understand them properly. Got my cup but asked for lemonade. So i got confused. Handed the cup back, got laughed at. They only called me little girl. Extremely demeaning. Also, they put down my name wrong, so when called I did not get up right away. Figured out it was me. Got up and went to get it thanked the woman, she rolled her eyes at me. They are extremely rude and honestly just not worth it.

I ordered the "big penn" sub and I wasn't too crazy about it. It was drenched in thousand island dressing. My boyfriend ordered the philly cheese steak and he loved it. They have amazing fries that are fried in peanut oil. If you go there you have to order the fries.The place was dirty when we went. The tables had napkins and drinks left by previous customers.

This penn station has been clutch since I was a freshman in 2005! My most recent experience just makes me appreciate the crew even more. I came in on a Friday night, it was hella crowded, the line is moving, and I wait about 10 mins for my small cheesesteak. One cashier comes up asks what I ordered, I explain, then another asks what I ordered, I explain and the cashier goes "She been here for a minute waiting patiently, where's her order?" The line is unclear, maybe someone else grabbed It? I just say its fine, I know it's crowded so I was waiting a little while longer to see if my name was called. The staff proceeds to remake my order, gives me complimentary drink and fries for my patience unsolicited and got me out within the minute. It was a thoughtful gesture, I don't want those things being overlooked and this location is always absurdly busy but the team is dope. Thank you Clifton Penn Station, yall are amazing if no one has let you know that this week.

This location is super friendly but dirty and unsanitary! Makes me weary about getting food from here! Enjoy!!

I ordered the Philly cheese steak today from Penn station it was excellent it arrived hot it had a great flavor I could taste the onions the steak was really juicy well flavor the bread was nice and soft I couldn't stop eating it the sandwich was excellent I look forward to ordering the cheese steak again I really enjoyed it I highly recommend you get the sandwich it's full of flavor and you won't be disappointed.

This was my first time having penn station and I was pleasantly surprised. Ordered on DoorDash and the food came quick. The bread started to get a little soggy on the bottom when I got it though. I ordered the veggie sub (made vegan) and fries
