Penn Station

Although I no longer live near a Penn Station, I think about their food regularly and how I wish we had one in Houston. Their sandwiches are just so yummy. I personally love the club. A bit overpriced, but I'll take it.

Me and my beautiful wife had the late night hunger and a good sub sandwich is what we were looking forward to. We got there to the restaurant and they were cleaning up getting ready to start the closing process. I ask if they were still able to make sandwiches. The young man that was in charge said that the grill was off. But they would be happy to make a cold cut style sandwich for me and my wife. The young lady who was new took over on making the sandwiches as he started to clean the grill. We had a great conversation with both of them. Both of the took the time to help the two last customers who needed the best sandwiches in Bedford. When they really didn't have to. They could of said Sorry but we are closed but chose to take the extra time to help us out. Both of those people are good kind of employees to have.We frequently go back and enjoy the quality food and kind people who are there.

Attempted a chance multiple times. Talked to them about catering and was greeted with excitement to do a catering order and had a great experience talking through the process.Fast forward to when I actually wanted to have catering and the assistant manager was extremely kind and helpful and said she would have her manager call me back to confirm. He never called me back. I called the store to check back in and their number isn't connected. I finally got a call from their store and nobody was on the other line. This happened twice. I finally got a call to go through and the manager answered and when I started talking he hung up. Called back a few times and it sounded like they took the phone off the hook. Kept directly hanging up. Fix your phones, fix your internal communication, fix something. Everytime I've been in there no customers are there. My experience explains why.

Who runs out of fries when there is 200lb of potatoes sitting right behind them. Seriously! Yes I know they have to soak in cold water but not for very long. I cut my own at home and only soak them for 5-10 min. I've even been to Penn stations before and they cut them and immediately drop them. It was an hour before close and they had the open sign already off! This appeared to be a bunch of employees that wanted to either get off early or skate by the last hour. Something needs to be done with the staff

Just left Penn station. Ordered at 6:32. My sub was out in five minutes. My husband got his at 6:55. They forgot to make it. He ordered a 12" and they didn't even cut it in half. Didn't even try to compensate him with anything more than a cookie. This is the second time this month we have had an issue like this. Will not return.

Hi everyone! I'm Denna the new manager at Penn Station since the beginning if 2018. Feel free to contact me at the store with any issues both positive and negative. I will do my best to resolve all issues and to turn any negative into a positive! We are working hard to build a new more compitent crew to better serve our customers. I want to apologise for any negative experiences anyone may have had at the Bedford, Indiana location and invite you back. We are doing our best to serve our community with an enjoyable eating experience with top of the line customer service. I understand there has been and still is some concern about Penn Stations stand on wearing gloves. Let me start by saying this is a standard corporate wide rule. Everyone's food is cooked twice at high temperatures to avoid any germ issues. Once your food passes through our oven we do not touch the food or we wear gloves to finish the sandwich making process. With all the current issues many of the local restaurants are or have dealt with please know I take cleanliness very seriously. Thank you to all our current customers, and any past customers I invite you back for a better experience than your last. Those in the community who haven't ate with us, I invite you to try us out. This used to be a real good Penn Station, and I'm so disappointed. The last 2 times we've eaten there the bread tasted like it wasn't baked all the way. Not browned at all and tasted like raw dough. This time the fries tasted like they weren't cooked thoroughly also. We got there around 11:50 am, and there wasn't any ketchup out, had to ask and they brought out packets. Also, tables were dirty. One booth had fries on the bench. We won't be going back

service was amazing and the food was great. really recommend going here. the workers are very nice and the place is so clean.
