Very good service at first in the pharmacy then it went downhill fast when trying to put in new insurance. Wasn't even through with my situation and they asked me to move. Just rude. We were not done.

My second experience with Kroger was disappointing too. The Customer Service line has been always long and exhausting constantly for 6 months. When I brought it to SANDRA the managers attention, I was asked to leave the store! Corporate did not care either! I never set foot in any Kroger again. Im glad that they are closing stores. In retail customer service has disappeared. Why do we have to feed them to survive and torture us under these horrific RECESSION times? Their customer service rep was asleep when answered the phone, and repeated nonesense too. Kroger is paying their staff for incompetency and hate toward customers, who have supported them to expand and become MEGA.

I really like this Payless... except for this one manager, (older white guy, wears glasses) Tim I believe...Every time I go in (& I go in alot!) if he's working he starts (or has someone else) to follow me thru out the store ..no, I don't look 'normal', I have facial tattoos & piercings, and I'm a girl... however, when I've mentioned that behavior to a few other employees they all told me I have every right to be offended & that I'm the LAST PERSON he should discriminate against. On the positive side, Patrick, Onna, and JerRhonda (plus MANY OTHERS!) ARE AWESOME & DESERVE RAISES!!!
