Paul's food was the only reason I attended the Marion County Fair! I had the chicken flautas - they were so fresh, hot, and flavorful. I didn't want to share with my husband. You get three in a serving; I could barely finish the second one. He gives you nice portions. We also tried the pork belly garlic noodles. I'm not a spicy food person, but I had to try these! The flavors were indescribable - the spice, the garlic, the noodles. Everything in this dish was perfect. It had a nice balance. You could taste every ingredient in this delicious dish. My husband loves spice. He loves this dish. My lips did tingle for a little while after I ate my serving, but it was well worth it!Paul and the lady who helped us were very friendly. You can tell Paul is passionate about the dishes he creates and his customers.

I happened across Chef Paul's food trucks 30th and Broadway on Monday night and wow what a great find!The noodles are thick hearty and filling. The veggies were grilled perfectly as well as the salmon. I could only eat half. For breakfast I fried an egg and put it on top and again was filling and oh so good!It came with a spicy sauce and a sweet cream my sauce in separate containers which I like so you can add as much as fits your taste. Everything was flavorful and cooked perfectly

I ordered the garlic noodles with chicken and their special spicy sauce and let me tell you what?? It was sooooo delicious the noodles were thick and held the flavor on the noodles even without the extra sauce which in all honesty the noodles didn't need it. Go support! And enjoy great food!

great meal & reasonable price for the amount of food given; the food presentation packaging in a covered plastic bowl was perfect; the two sauces was a great combo, but the lamb was tender & juicy, the rice pea's & carrots was moist & flavorful. friendly service & i would most definitely look for them at other event. Keep serving great service

From the very beginning of our planning experience all the way through clean up on the day of our party, Erien and Chef Paul delivered a superior experience. Our communications up to, during and after the event have been timely, informative, and helpful. We were able to customize the menu to meet the specific requests and dietary restrictions of our guests. Chef Paul pulled this off with perfection and made the menu feel cohesive, specialized, and high-end. There was nothing on our preference sheet that Chef Paul did not execute to the highest level. The food was beautiful and delicious! We feel that we not only got our money's worth, but we got an exceptional value. Chef Paul is an artist. Inviting Chef Paul to be our private chef for our employee Christmas party created a special experience for our team members and their spouses. We will definitely do it again. I cannot speak highly enough about Chef Paul. If you are looking for an exceptional experience, look no further.
