Service was good. The food was cold and bland. Location is too far off the beaten path.

This is a quaint little roadside diner. Dozens of old roadside signs on the inside. The service is great! Especially considering Covid. They have an amazingly tasteful and huge breaded pork tenderloin. The Chesser broccoli soup is made in house and delicious! This is a definite return!

Omg best tenderloins in town! Got the tenderloin basket with fries and coleslaw. Nicest people and you can dine in or carry out.

This little spot isn't anything fancy and may not look like much on the outside, but it makes one heck of a pork tenderloin platter. With PLENTY of food to split between two people the dish comes with a side of fries, coleslaw and the largest tenderloin you've ever seen in your entire life!

No idea why some of these reviews are so negative! We love this place! We even came in later one evening and they still served us! The waitress was so kind! It was a bit chilly so she let my 2 yr old borrow her jacket! Amazing place!

My wife and I eat here all the time!No matter what anyone says BEST AND BIGGEST TENDERLOIN IN TERRE HAUTE! Slaw is to die for and Cod sandwich can't be beat! Daily specials that are very affordable! Never been disappointed!

My food wasn't very good. The breaded tenderloin was mostly breading with a paper thin piece of flovorless meat?The fish didn't taste like cod, it too fishy. The service was excellent. And the wait staff was very accommodating. The Diner was clean with a home town diner atmosphere.

The lady that owns this place is unbelievable! I placed an order that my husband went to pick it up. They called to say "they gave him the wrong order" and asked me to get a hold of him. He turns around, goes back, takes in the "only" bag they had given him. He waits the owner comes out, gives him a new sack. When he gets back, I look and guess what?! It's missing half our order. So I call, the owner's granddaughter, proceeds to tell me she knows because "he" went off and left the other bag! I said "seriously you're gonna blame him!" Unbelievable "they" screw up the order ask for my husband to bring it back so they can give it to the right customer! Then they "did not brother to double check" to make sure they gave my husband the correct order! The Second time!!! The owner also blames my husband! She yelled at me on the phone. She yelled at me when I went back. She actually lean towards to intimate, as if she wanted to hit me! Fyi: when my husband was there the owner was arguing with another customer and told the her granddaughter to just hang up on the customer. She should not be allowed to even own a business. Horrible customer service!!!

Went for lunch at Park Avenue Diner today and ordered the ribeye, one of their most pricey item on the menu. Ordered well done and it came out black on both sides, dry and chewy. Notified waitress, and she said that was how well done looked. Informed her that it was difficult to chew and tasted burnt. She started screaming that she would give our money back, so leave now and never come back. Shouting in a loud angry voice. Certainly not a way to treat a customer when they were wrong. My pleasure to not go back.
