Food was excellent the manager RJ was polite courteous and helped customer needs and expectations the food at first was not to my expectation so he made it right he put customers first good job go see him

Ok imitation Chinese fast food. Looooong lines, but it's always been fresh when we go.

Very clean (which is saying something for Kokomo!) and quick. Good food and friendly staff.

The food was just trash tbh... I couldn't eat it at all... everyone was nice good customer service and clean place but food, disgusting... sorry to be harsh, the cookie was the best thing ab the whole meal...

They are prompt smile food correct and a smileon their faces. Always great service. That's what keeps me going back

The facility is clean and well-maintained; with the typical franchise design and decor. The staff are usually friendly and accommodating. This isn't haute cuisine, but rather decent Asian-style comfort food at a reasonable price. We're partial to the teriyaki chicken, but have been satisfied with other selections. This is a solid representative for the brand.

Horrible customer service. Especially Simone, she should be fired. Stood and waited over 22 minutes for a single order, was ignored and spoken to very rudely. I've had coworkers had to leave on lunch because they've been ignored, and nobody takes their order. They only want to wait on drive through rather than the people standing inside the restaurant. Just the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

My mom comes here consistently with a good attitude and patience but this place is constantly rude to her. I work as a manager for a fast food restaurant so I know this isn't how the place is supposed to run operations or treat guests. They ignored my mother without offering her any assistant and it's always with attitude and they fail to give her a receipt so she can't even scan for her points.

Love love love their food. Service is excellent and the food is awesome. Just wish they had a smaller size than the kids meal.
