Ambiance: These place still feels very new. It's very bright and white inside but they're starting to slowly fill it in with signs and decorations. There are only a few tables and it really has more of a take out vibe than a coffee shop you'd want to study at. The staff are very responsive and the drinks come out reasonably quick. TEXTURE - This is where Pana seems to excel. Their regular yeast donuts here are some of the softest and fluffiest I've ever had. The jelly filled options are appropriately filled and centered. Even the cake donut is moist and crumbly. The only weird one was the apple fritter which had a nice crispy exterior but inside was a little too dense and chewy. FLAVOR - The simpler flavors such as plain and chocolate here are solid options. We did get a few filled donuts such as the Boston cream but it wasn't a vanilla-y as Rise and Roll just across the street. The raspberry-filled donut was very tasty and not too sweet, they must make their own filling because it is actually raspberry jam/preserve and not true jelly since there were some seeds. The buttermilk cake donut was waay to sweet for us while the apple fritter was too tangy.CREATIVITY - No crazy donut options here such as coffee, matcha, exotic fruits, etc. They mainly stick to the basics.PRESENTATION - Nothing special in terms of presentation here. The donuts are on the slightly smaller side and some of their glazes are flawed with air bubbles (see chocolate in pic). We did also get a traditional milk tea and mocha frappucino which were pretty meh. Both drinks were pretty weak on the tea and coffee flavors respectively and the milk tea honestly was too sweet we didn't even finish it. Thirstea not too far away has a MUCH more balanced traditional milk tea if that's what you're hankering for. Overall, I feel Pana has too much competition to truly stand out. Rise and Roll across the street has more variety, better flavors, better presentation, and almost as good texture as Pana. There are also numerous drink shops nearby that make coffee and boba tea so much better that its the worth the extra drive time.

A new favorite donut shop. I stopped by a weekday at 8am and the case was full of donuts and staff were quick. The glazed croissant was delicious. Would drive 15 mints for just this item! Also tried the chocolate old fashion donut and it hit the spot. They have tables for dine in with plenty of space, drinks, and sandwiches.

Today, the Saturday after Thanksgiving and a week after opening, they were doing a brisk business both inside and through the drive through lane at 8:45 am. There were only two parking places available out front. I suspect there are more in the back of the building. I could have utilized the drive-thru lane but I wanted to see everything they had. It's a nice size store with three dine-in tables and two couches with a coffee table for eating donuts right on the premises for those folks who can't wait. I ordered a dozen and a half of plain glazed donuts. Some of mine came off a tray they'd just slide into the case. That's what I love about PANA, fresh cooked donuts right there in the store. When other places run out, they're out, but not PANA; they just keep coming and coming with fresh baked donuts. I'm so glad they opened this location. It's the closest location to my house now. Maybe Mooresville or Martinsville is next? Hint, hint. I'm a fan of PANA and drive wherever to get my PANA fix!

This is the newest addition to the Pana family, with the same delicious donuts and great service as the other ones. It is located in an old bank and has a small parking lot, as well as a drive through window. Parking spots are at a premium during peak hours. I felt that I hit the lottery when I was able to snag a spot. The shop has a modest dining area with tables and chairs and a small lounge area with a couple of couches to sit and enjoy your round deliciousness. They have the same usual donuts such as chocolate sprinkled, vanilla sprinkled, pink sprinkled, coconut, toasted coconut, lemon filled, maple bar, sugar, powdered, and apple fritters. I can never leave this place with less than a half a dozen. And that is what I got. The staff there was very friendly and helpful. That seems to be a trend with Pana donuts. Tasty donuts is also a trend of theirs. They are so fluffy, fresh and delicious. They never disappoint. It was nothing for me to see people getting multiple dozens while I was there. I do not know how they are able to keep up. They must have an elf or something churning them out in the back. They also have fruit teas, milk teas, real fruit smoothies, and frappachinos. I was so caught up in the rapture of the place that I got me a mango milk tea. It was a first for me and I was so glad that I did. It was so tasty and smooth I definitely recommend and will be getting again at my next visit.Well, I am glad that we finally got a Pana on my side of town. I feel sorry for the other donut shops in the area. I highly recommend checking this place out and supporting this business. Please, please, please get some of those delicious donuts before I eat them all.

My favorite donuts are Longs. This place is a tie for my favorite. The donuts are airy and delicious. Just the right amount of sweetness. The case was fully stocked at 730am. They also have a drive thru but I wanted to go inside. They do have about 4 tables each with 4 chairs. You must try them.

Very good donuts!!!! Staff was very helpful as it was our 1st time there. There's really not a dining area though just a table and a couple chairs. With such a large space it should be filled in. Nothing was out of stock which was awesome. I could of chose them all

The new place in town isn't so new to the Indy area, but the first one within easy driving distance for me. First time here and I was happy with the selection, fully stocked on a Sunday morning. The donuts themselves are soft and fluffy, with a little more glaze than usual. Very, very good and decently priced as well.Service was quick and friendly. There is a drive thru, but being there for the first time I wanted to see all of my options this time around at least.

I think this place just recently opened. I only bought two Boba Teas for my kids and got myself an Original Glazed Donut. My kids said the teas were very good. As for my donut, it was AMAZING! SO delicious, and SO soft! It didn't take too long to wait. They had two registers going to help move things along. The staff were very nice and I feel like prices were pretty good. By the way...for their grand opening 11/16/23 - 11/30/23 they are giving one free donut per customer per day! I will definitely go back to try out other donuts and my kids want to get more Boba Tea.

Donuts were very good. Sprinkle donut really good along with raspberry jelly filled was excellent. The old fashion donuts also very good. We also had smoothies. The mango was very tasty but for some reason the strawberry was not very good. Not very strawberry. The atmosphere is colorful and nice. There was no menu as the tv's with that were not working. Overall good experience.
