Oscar Williams Smokehouse

In town for a wedding and noticed this place on SR32. Just finished eating the food and it was amazing. I am a smoker myself so know good smoked meat when I taste it. I had pulled pork and my wife had the brisket. Both were smoked to perfection. Highly recommend!!

I was eastbound on Ind 32 when suddenly the car started pulling to the right. Then I saw it. A little white, non-description sign. Hand painted, it was maybe 4 ft high and said--smokehouse, 11 to 7, THUR thru SATURDAY and was standing easel style. As I passed it, the car started pulling to the right even more making me circle back. I pulled into the parking lot and parked. The car fixed itself right thenNow some people would be put off by the strange hours. Not me. I looked upon them and thought to myself, "Hmmm. Must be pretty good.)I have taken a picture of their menu and posted it. I will point out that there are only two meats: Brisket and pulled pork and both are sold by the pound. The Brisket was done right-- cooked low and slow and was so tender it practically fell off your fork. We got the House regular sauce which was quite good. The meat did not require it for flavor though. It had some sort of rub and a nice smoky taste to it all by itself. Off street parking in a side lot. Outdoor dining or carry out.

Super friendly; good parking; GREAT FOOD!!! Wish they were open every day. Brisket/bourbon sauce is the ticket!

Competition has better food, served the way you order, amount and quality for price lacks quality. Wet buns that could be rung out, ordered with sauce on side it was all over everything. The dogs enjoyed the plain pork which was about 1/4# on bun...if weighed order by the pound and make your own at home. southwest potato casserole is overly spicy and you can not taste anything after one bite...thank goodness smelled it first as the heat over powered the sinuses. Didn't even try the baked beans cheap used white beans as filler. We were looking for something new and it's not here!

Had the brisket sandwich with the bourbon sauce. It was great. Also had the beans and the potato casserole. Great place to eat and good people.

This place is adorable!! Food was amazing and the owners were so friendly!! Only open on weekends, but so very worth it!!

Delicious food! Best pulled pork & brisket I've ever had. Very fresh! I would highly recommend this restaurant. It is seasonal and cute. Outdoor seating only, nice area.
