We drove 90 minute north for the breaded pork tenderloin and it did not disappoint. My wife and I opted for The Deuce, since one is way too large. Basically, you're getting an extra bun and toppings. Perfect for sharing. The tenderloin was thick and tender. The tempura batter was super crunchy and seasoned well. If I could nit pick, my mouth was a bit raw afterwards. It's like eating Cap'n Crunch cereal. (If you know, you know.). I have no idea how the competitive eaters can handle the 7 pound challenge. Our waitress was phenomenal. I wish I caught her name. She was very patient and very helpful. The breaded pork tenderloin has its own page on the menu. She walked me through the differences between them all. She highly recommended the Tenderloin Bits, which someone in our group ordered. The menu makes the serving look small. It is not! It's a 12 oz tenderloin cut up and then fried. The serve Coke products and have a long beer list.

I'm so glad we came here. I mean, we were visiting family in Winimac so we had to go check out One Eyed Jacks. Epically ginormous tenderloin! I have to say that this was the best and biggest fried tenderloin that I have ever consumed! You cannot go wrong with this sandwich. I got a side of the Boom sauce with it. It was good but nothing to write home about. I'll try a different sauce next time. All end by saying, If you stop by, you better come hungry.

The entire reason I visited One-eyed Jacks was because I heard so much about their breaded pork tenderloin and it did not disappoint. The tenderloin was thicker than you find in most places, which means it was also moister. The breading was perfection. I ordered mine with lettuce, mayo, onion, and mayo. I just took the bun off because it was pointless. I think this will be four meals out of one sandwich. It's excellent value. Service was spot on. This place really should be a pilgrimage for anyone who craves Hoosier Breaded Pork Tenderloin sandwiches. I will visit again.

I was traveling through Winamac and I found this "looks like a dive, but actually a really nice diner inside." The state delicacy of Indiana is the pork tenderloin sandwich and supposedly a key part is to make the tenderloin at least twice the size of the bun. One-Eyed Jack's excelled at this part. This sandwich was mammoth!Another key part is the tenderloin being battered in-house ... in more ways than one. The batter on the tenderloin was crisp but not too greasy. It reminded me of a terrific batter you would find at fairs. And the other way I mean battered is that this tenderloin was tenderized so well...I almost thought I was eating chicken instead of basically a pork chop. The mayo, red onion, tomato, and pickle ...and a little bit of ketchup I added made this a legendary sandwich!I am from Alabama and a difficulty I have had living in Indiana is finding sweet tea. Surprisingly, One-Eyed Jack's brews their tea in-house which is more important than the amount of sugar. The sweet tea had enough sweetness to it to make it delicious though it would probably be considered half and half in my native Alabama. Roll Tide! But I was satisfied with their sweet tea and would order it again. There are weekly specials like I could have had wings if I had arrived an hour later. They also do BBQ on the weekends. I will be making more visits to One-Eyed Jack's in the future.

We drove a hour to check this place out. We spent $170 (3 meals and 2 to go.). We were eating desert and having some drinks when the female waitress told us we needed to leave because she wanted our table. We waited 45 minutes for our food and we were there for 1.45 mins. We were shocked and insulted. We had to leave our paid for drinks unfinished. We will never return!

Visiting the area, we had dinner at this restaurant. The food was decent. I got wings without the breading. The service was great. It was a very comfortable, quaint place.

the waitress DANA was so sweet. we were sat quickly, we got there around 4:30 pm on a Friday evening. My fiance ordered the jumbo jack tenderloin sandwich with loaded tots, and I ordered the garlic Parmesan boneless wings, and we also had portabello fries as an appetizer, the ambiance was so amazing. There is a wide arrange of food to choose from. So if you haven't been, go try it out! There is also a titanic challenge where you get a 4 tenderloin sandwich that is 7 pds and 2lbs of tots and you have to finish it under an hour, you get a shirt, the food is free and you get your picture up on the wall.
