Located within walking distance from where all the action is in town made it easy to get around without a car. The neighborhood is charming and filled with friendly people. My accommodations were extremely comfortable, clean and truly exceeded my expectations. There are only three quest rooms so it is very quiet and relaxed. The food was absolutely outstanding, especially the chocolate chip cookies!!! Kelly and Joe made me feel like I was at my home away from home. I will definitely return and highly recommend a stay.

This is my absolute favorite place to stay when visiting Carmel, Indiana! It is walking distance to downtown, the hospitality is amazing and the food!! OMG the food! They have a snack bar with water, sodas and various snacks (including homemade cookies) available 24/7. They definitely go all out at breakfast with multiple courses of delicious food. The beds are comfy and everything is immaculate. We will be coming back!

My wife and I were very pleased with are recent visit at this B&B. We have visited many B&Bs in the US and Europe and this one really stands out for the friendly hosts, Doug and Loretta along with a fantastic breakfast. Loretta's passion for healthy food is very apparent.

My sister and I spent a weekend at Old Towne Carmel B&B for a "sisters" weekend last year. I'm a little late on my Yelp review...I know! First, the location is perfect...walking distance to the Arts & Design District of Carmel. Second, the home is a renovated 115 year old home which is inviting and cozy, the colors bright and cheerful. Third, the hosts Loretta and Doug are great! They are welcoming, friendly, go out of their way to make you comfortable and so very nice. Fourth, Loretta makes great breakfasts and feeds you well.. .all homemade from the scones to the jams to the waffles. You will not go hungry with her breakfasts. An example of our first breakfast - breads, lemon-blueberry scones, fresh fruits, juices/coffee/tea, yogurt parfait, egg casserole, crispy bacon and waffles. I was stuffed! Finally, you get a sweet treat in the afternoons like cupcakes or chocolate crinkle cookies, both so moist and yummy. I was so happy to have found this delightful B&B. I suggest trying Bazbeaux for an inexpensive pizza dinner or Donatello's for Italian fare. While you are walking the Arts & Design District, stop at the Simply Sweet Shoppe for candy, Bath Junkie to make your own body scrub and the wonderful farmer's market on Saturday mornings. Look for all the great life-like statues along the streets in the District. They're great. Most importantly, take my advice and stay at Old Towne Carmel Bed & Breakfast. You'll love it as much as me!

My mom visited Carmel, IN from Charlottesville, VA and stayed at this wonderful, peaceful B&B in downtown Carmel. Loretta and her husband (the owners) are also incredible chefs providing us with breakfasts even my foodie husband loved! One morning a dish at breakfast was something along the lines of Greek yogurt, orange zest, orange slice, honey and crushed walnut. I am gluten-free and Loretta even baked gluten-free pancakes for us that were so rich they tasted like the "real deal". The rooms are utterly peaceful and it is all in walking distance to Carmel's adorable Main Street.

We just returned from a stay at this B&B in the charming town of Carmel IN. Our stay was fabulous, thanks to our hosts, Kelly and Joe. The property is lovely, and our room (Anna Lynn) was spacious and comfortable. The pillow top King size bed was spectacular! Joe and Kelly's breakfasts were absolutely phenomenal. Everything was gourmet quality, and served with care. They are lovely people and we enjoyed chatting with them each day. I fell in love with their little dog Ted, and it was very hard to say goodbye! We have stayed in many B&Bs and the Old Town Carmel was one of the best! Would highly recommend this to anyone seeking a relaxing stay in the Indianapolis area, as it was an easy drive to the city. Lots to do in the Art & Design District.

This was our first time at a B&B, and was quite an experience. Guests basically have their own section of the home, including a very confortale sitting room. There are three guest rooms with private baths. The breakfasts were amazing, the full one we had on Sunday left us stuffed. Even the Continental breakfast we chose for Monday left us satisfied. Loretta and Doug are great hosts and make you feel at home. It is very quiet at night, and very comfortable.Highly recommended. Be sure to get the full breakfast for at least one day.

What a wonderful place to stay! Proprietors Joe and Kelly make you feel very welcome to their charming place. Professional chefs, the breakfast was outstanding - fresh croissant and berries, veggie fritatta. Lots of attention even to small details. Walking distance to Carmel's art district. I would definitely choose this over a hotel if staying in the area again

We stayed at Old Towne Carmel B&B in April 2016 for a weekend get-away for our Anniversary. We will definitely be back. We only live 20min away but it was just what we needed. Comfortable and nice rooms with private bathrooms. Beautiful building in a great quiet neighborhood. Amazing food and very nice proprietors (who were happy to adjust to special requests). And a great value!
