Half Harp, half Guinness
Great bar
Irish Miller Lite
Delicious food and the staff are super friendly. My friends enjoyed the alcoholic beverages and I enjoyed the appetizers.
Cottage Beef Pie ... assembled components were good, but expected more of a stewy mix.

We haven't been in O'Reilly for some time now. But as we were leaving Dawson's tonight, my husband mentioned he'd like a Jameson at O'Reilly's if I were up to it. So we walked just a block to their restaurant. Everything is close on Main Street. Park and check out the various businesses. It was around 8:00 or 8:30 pm, and there was a small crowd in the dining room, and the bar was close to full, with most watching the Pacer game. There are flatscreens throughout, but the best seats are in the bar area.Since we had just finished dinner, we sat at a bar table, ordered drinks, and watched the Pacer game. The high top tables are close to each other and tight if all are seated. The bar is much more comfortable than the high tops if O'Reilly's is packed. There is a large dining area, and they can handle large or small groups.Their menu has a nice variety, but read the menu if it's your first time there. The reason is that some ingredients might not be what you expect, such as the cheesesteak is made with cornbeef. Their house specialities cover the popular Irish specials. My husband has ordered the Fish and Chips, but on this past visit, a little greaser than he preferred. The Irish Meatloaf he has enjoyed, and the Cottage Beef Pie was good but different with chunks of meatloaf.I've had the Reuben, which was good but like his fish a bit greasy. The Dublin Lawyer was tasty with sautéed shrimp on top of mashed potatoes smothered in a whiskey cream sauce. Most of the appetizers are a great option for a small lunch or dinner. The Chicken Tex Mex Rolls are really a good go-to or the Wings either dry rubbed or in one of their many sauces or the Buffalo Chicken Dip served with tortilla chips. The service has always been spotted, but tonight, even with several dining tables and close to full bar, the service was great. Grant you, we only ordered drinks but appeared everyone was checked on often.Full spot to watch games, celebrate birthdays, or just meet friends for dinner or drinks. The patio area is fun when weather permits. Stop in if you get a chance.

So rare to find harp on tap in the states, even at an Irish pub. Love me a good old "half and half"

Best bar in Indianapolis, hands down. We have been coming here since 2012 and there is a reason for that. Every time we visit, we feel as if we're home. The food is delicious, the drinks are wonderful, and the staff are incredible (Therese and Joel are the absolute best!) There are so many bars to choose from in downtown Indy, and if you don't try this one, you're truly missing something specialP.s. get a side of apple butter bbq with fries and thank me later :)

Cool little Irish bar. It's not too overpriced. The fish and chips are legit. It's exactly what you would expect from an Irish pub.

This is gem of Irish/Indiana pub. Stopped in... on my way to Pacer game to get quick bite of something substantial and to chase it with warm bourbon on an Icy night. I ordered Bakers Bourbon with whiskey stone and enjoyed the crowd playing darts while group from out of country, snapped pictures of Hoosier adornments inside. The Cottage pie was simple assembly of sliced corned beef and ground (lamb?) with a hearty amount of gravy and peas. This was served on a cast iron skillet with serving of mashed potatoes on top. The dish doesn't blend well, as you'd expect to have with a baked good. This is individual components assembled onto the skillet and served hot. Service was attentive to myself and regulars who came in after me. I look forward to returning.

St Patrick's Day! Fabulous atmosphere. First come first serve for seating but were quickly served at the bar. Everyone was super polite and the service was great. Finally got a table and our server was there almost immediately. Got the green beer (of course) and dinner. Chicken tenders, grilled cheese, and Reuben. All of it came out quickly and tasted great. Bagpipe player came through to tremendous applause. Excellent experience.

O'Reilly's recently re-did their interior, and it's so much more open and less dive-y (although I love a good dive bar). The staff is so nice that when I was late to get my call-in order, they re-made a couple things fresh since they only wanted to serve their best food. The patio is great, even during a hot summer, since it's shaded by the nearby tall buildings. The plethora of TVs makes it a great place to watch sports. With skyrocketing food prices, I'm happy that O'Reilly's has maintained like 2018 menu prices.

I am going back tomorrow.....when I return to Shannon as I head back to the USA. This holds true to a fantastic pub with excellent service! The food is great! The only drawback is no potato soup. The entire country has decided to ignore potato soup for some reason, in light of vegetable puree soup. However, I found solace in the Guiness and Fish Goujons which are light and delicious! I highly recommend them! Many of the local population come here to eat and relax, particularly Sundays, as I have been told by locals I have interacted with. I can see why!

Joel and his crew accommodated our large gathering, making sure we were comfortable and had the space and time we wanted. He even went the extra mile of borrowing an extra high chair for an unexpected need. The Irish menu selection, the quality of the food, the drinks, and the service were perfect! All 17 (plus 4 youngsters) who attended had nothing but praise for our evening out, and we can't wait to meet up at O'Reilly's again. Thank you again Joel and staff!
