Great Friendly Service and Great /Full Selection of cigars. Staff was more than happy to answer questions and assist. I've visited the shops twice now and both times with different staff members and received the same excellent service. Will make this a frequent stop for quality cigars at fair prices.

I visited Northside Cigar & Tobacco to purchase a cigar as a gift. It was very obvious that I was unclear in what I should buy, so I asked for help. The two men working were very helpful and guided me through some popular options and gave details on some of their favorites. It was a very easy purchase after their help. I will definitely be back to buy more gifts!

I've bought many a one off cigars here. And the crew behind the register is always awesome. But the owner is always bothered. I mean, he's not nice. And always watching T.V. and smoking like I've interrupted the Super Bowl when I have a question. And tonight. He totally crapped on all the great advice his team had given me about seasoning a humidor and made it seem beneath his worry if I wasn't smoking Cubans. Uh, dude, you don't even sell Cubans. Bad vibe on this fella. When your management sucks, your business sucks. I'll go out of my way to buy $10 cigars elsewhere. By the way, they close at 6pm on the weekends. There's better places to go.

I like this place. It's tiny and stuffed full of cigars/ cigarettes/ other smoking related items but I usually go there for cans of Coke (silly, maybe, but it's a place I can walk right in, grab a Coke, pay, and walk out.) I initially started going there because you can buy cigar boxes for $2. This is great for crafting or unique storage ideas.

Decent selection, but the guy who helped me said he didn't smoke cigars. And when asked, the guy who did was more concerned with inventory than helping me. Meh.

I have vices in my life! I love good food, I love wine, scotch, bourbon, vodka, tequila , beer and any other unusual liquor that may come my way and I must say I LOVE my cigars!!!! This happens to be a great little hole in the wall shop. With quite a good selection of premium cigars at the best prices in the central Indiana area. I come from a long line of cigar aficionados. My great grandfather owned and ran a cigar store in Aversa Italy. My Grandfather, after coming to this country opened up a cigar store on Federal Hill in Providence RI rolling his own cigars. I still have the first cigar my father ever rolled as a child. I guess you didn't need to know all that but it was fun thinking about it. That said I really appreciate a good cigar. The guys here at Tobacco outlet are alway pleasant always helpful when asked for suggestions and always keep their cigars at optimal temp and humidity. You can always be assured of this and expect a nice fresh cigar at all times. They get the triple A. A for quality products. A for price and A for service.

Me and my brother were going looking for a butane torch for our dad because his broke. It was close to closing time when we went in so we knew it was going to be a rush. We walked in and the the clerk told us to make it quick which we responded with "not a problem". We had a question about the torch but a couple was ahead of us so we were going to wait but we decided that we would come back another time that way we weren't so stressed for time so we decided we were going to leave and we started leaving out the door and he said to the couple "that we don't have what they're looking for because they are looking for paraphernalia" as we were walking through the door. We believe this was racial profiling, whether it was or not, to assume what a customer is looking for is not ok.

The walk-in humidor in the back is pretty small, but the entire store is filled with glass case humidors. They have a really nice selection of premium cigars, and the guys working are all very knowledgeable and friendly. Their prices can be a touch on the high side, and they don't typically carry any hard to find sticks, but I still drop in once a week or so to see what's new. I didn't expect a place called "Tobacco Outlet" in a strip mall next to a porno store, a liquor store and a check cashing place at 86th and Michigan to have much in the way of premium cigars. But give this place a shot. You'll be pleasantly surprised at what awaits on the inside.
