Noble Roman's

I think I know what's lacking with the pizzas here at the Original Noble Roman's (not including the deep dish Sicilians): they don't brown the cheese NEARLY ENOUGH!! Like hardly at all. And I don't go there enough to remember to request that they do. (It was particularly off-putting tonight because I ordered extra cheese ). Don't get me wrong, this is a good place in which to eat. And it is a well ran establishment. It's just that it isn't enough like the Noble Roman's places of old. The older I get, the more nostalgic I become, so it's probably unfair for me to judge what's happening now with what happened in bygone days. Like I said, the Deep Dish Sicilians are fantastic here. As are the Pan One's, breadsticks, and the awesome salad bar. Just be warned: if you're looking for a Colossus or a Monster pizza of the 70's and 80's, I haven't found that here YET!! (But....I intend to keep looking )

The ambiance is like rewinding thirty years back to dark wood decor and salad bars with pickled beets that makes your Grandma happy. This has become my new favorite for lunch. They have several different combinations where you can combine breadsticks, salad, bar, and small pizzas with drinks for a very affordable price. Personal pan pizzas are ready as are the breadsticks and salad bar. You can stop in and have an amazing salad with lots of choices for toppings, which is so rare nowadays. I love the old school decor that has not changed in thirty plus years and I love it that you can stand on a platform and watch through a large glass window to watch the make the pizzas. This is THE ORIGINAL Noble Roman's. Take your kids and show them what a pizza place was like when you were a kid.

I grew up eating at Noble Romans and was excited to see a store that looked like the ones i remembered from my childhood. The pizza making station with the viewing area for little kids to the classic lamp shades over the tables. It was a 10 out of 10 for nostalgia. The deep dish pizza was a huge let down. The outer edge was badly burnt and tasted bad. I love a good Neapolitan pizza with the charred bubbles in the crust. This was not A nice char, it was a very unpleasant taste that is hard to describe. I was determined to like the pizza so I avoided the edges after the first 2 slices. The deep dish dough was lacking in flavor and just wasn't good. I without question am happy to have been able to relive a great memory from the past. Just very disappointed in the food. Bummer!

The only noticeable changes since then are online ordering and inflation lol. They have a private parking lot and you can still watch them prepare dough through the front window. I order over the phone so I can request my food well done and swap out my drink for an extra cheese something they taught me. Their cheese sauce is the best, idc. They usually wait until you arrive to bag the breadsticks and pump the cheese sauce so it's fresh.if you dine in you can enjoy their salad bar and unlimited fountain sodas.

Best pizza around, the original noble Roman's, way better than the others. Keep the good business up!

This is a childhood favorite for my SO, we made a special detour on our trip to go get a nostalgia boost. This pizza was every bit as good as he told me it would be! It's Detroit style with crispy bits on the crust that are like little flavor bombs. The sauce is on top for a sweet and savory splash, and the mozzarella is the real stuff! We also had the breadsticks which were a bit different than the usual, it was dusted in cornmeal and I think salt. Dipped in queso instead of marinara! We enjoyed the original ambiance with the wood panels, Tiffany-esque lights, and paper towels at every booth.You order right when you get in the door, and you can watch as they make your pizza, which is cool! The fellow that waited on us was super nice, and he was excited for us to try the pizza. We told him we made a special trip and it felt like he was genuinely happy for us! Absolutely will be back!!

The food is very good, most pizza is dry and old but There is by far superbThe service was really spot on, no issuesThe place has a very good ambiance with 80's style restaurant theme.

Ordered a medium pizza and breadsticks.I picked it up.The inside and outside was immaculate.The customer service was genuine and kind.Pizza and breadsticks and sauces taste just like i remembered in 1999. Ha!!I will be coming back to this location.

I called this company about my brother passing away. the individual who they say I have to speak with "never in the office" how convenient. the rude reception girl finally to me they are gonna hold the check in case anyone else tries to claim it and told me to contact a lawyer. sounds like to me they are tring to steal money from him. i guess they are hurting so bad they have to try and steal money from dead employee.

Out of towners visiting this area for a dance competition. Looked for places close and liked the reviews...they didn't steer me wrong. The pizza, salad bar and breadsticks were fantastic...as well as our server (Kayla?) was all over it. Decor is dated but that's part of the ambianceAnd would highly recommend going again!
