We went there to watch the Colts game. We were the only ones in the bar and greeted by big smiling bartender name Kelly. She was delightful and made us feel like we were her only customers. Of course we had a couple beers and a deep dish pizza, which was absolutely delicious, the place was very clean. My wife also had the salad bar which she said was delicious. Will definitely be going back if not only to say hi to Kelly and grab a pizza.

If I could give this restaurant 10 Stars, I would. We came for a late lunch and ordered two medium pizzas. One was the Greek Chicken Delighta and the second was the Meaty Mafioso. The manager was very nice and he told us that they were out of cups so they gave us small water glasses to get our beverages, at no cost. The wait time was minimal. Both pizzas were just incredibly good. Probably one of the best Pizzas I've had in years. We couldn't have had a better experience. Kudos to the crew at the Noble Romans Pizza on SR135 & Stones Crossing in Greenwood.

Very quiet place . You order at the counter and they bring it out to you at your table . Soda machine didn't quite taste right but the rootbeer was delicious . Pizza was good , breadsticks were not outstanding . It was easy to get in on an early Friday night but not sure we will go there again . There were 4 of us and we got one cheese deep dish and 12 breadsticks and drinks . Probably should have gotten a second but instead went for ice cream afterwards !

I've driven by here quite a few times now since they've opened so I decided enough time has passed for the staff to get fully trained and settle into their routine. This a huge restaurant as far as dining areas and seating. There are 14 booths up front; two booths and two tables in the middle with a bar with eight stools. Then they have four group tables in the back. Those can seat 6, 8, 10, and 14 people each. I wasn't sure if they were open when I drove up as there were no cars outside. It was just the time of day. I came at 3 pm and I had the place to myself. They have a lot of TV screens tuned to a wide variety of channels. I ordered the Za Ham & Cheese sub sandwich which consists of cured pizza ham and thin-sliced Canadian bacon with banana peppers, mozzarella cheese and creamy Caesar dressing on a baked Italian sub roll. It was one of the best ham & cheese subs I've ever ate. I think it was primarily due to the dressing they put on it. I think it beats their competition hands down for flavor. The soft drink station looks like it might be for employees only but there is a sign, although not very noticeable, that says it is self serve.

We have wanted to go here since the place opened, but we weren't in any rush because so many friends told us this place is sub-par. They weren't wrong. The first thing I took issue with happened as soon as we walked in the door. This is a customers seat themselves and go to the counter to place an order type of establishment. I am capable of seating myself, so that was not the problem. We had to walk through almost the entire dining area to find a clean table. I can get a napkin and use some hand sanitizer from my bag to wash a cleared off table in a pinch, but I can't really do that when all the tables also have a mess of plates from the last customers who sat there. After we found a clean table, while we were seated, and all through our meal, I didn't see any tables getting cleared off. Our party of five ordered two medium deep dish pizzas and two spaghetti and meatballs entrees. Four of us tried the spaghetti and meatballs and we all had mixed reviews but none of us thought it was very good. On a positive note, the pasta was cooked al dente, something so many places seem to fail to do. The deep dish pizzas were okay but were lacking that crispy, unctuous, fried bottom of the crust texture achieved by pouring a thin layer of oil in the pan before adding the crust and toppings. The absence of the oil made the crust simply a really thick bread-y crust. We did love the pepper drops on the Yucatan Sunset pizza though!Overall, we got fed for the evening but we likely will not return.

TLDR: Two stars for the breadsticks being good and reminiscent of the OG Noble Roman's. Service was friendly. However, restaurant was dirty, pizza was not as good as the original deep dish. I won't be going back. ---We had a rather disappointing experience at this Noble Roman's Craft Pizza & Pub. I no longer live in Indiana, but grew up here eating Noble Roman's deep dish pizza. I was excited to check out the new craft pub. I brought my mom, who still lives here and loves Noble Roman's. 1. The restaurant looks nice from the outside. It has a patio. 2. Interior is modern and nice, however, it was very dirty. I understand being short handed due to the pandemic, however, that is no excuse to have a dirty, sloppy restaurant at 3 PM (the slowest time during the day). If there wasn't food or crumbs on a table, there was food on the floor under the table, or food/trash shoved between the booth seats. It took us a few tries to find a table. 3. There was a smushed breadstick on the floor of a dining area, right in the middle of the walkway. An employee went to wipe down tables and walked over it multiple times. 4. We placed our order at the counter. It was 3 PM on a Friday. The employee was polite and friendly. He also cooked our pizza. 5. Breadsticks were good and the cheese and marinara, too. Tasted kinda like the original breadsticks. We had four and ate all four between the two of us. 5. In the old school NR's, it takes 20 minutes for a deep dish to be cooked. It took about 6 minutes for this one to end up on our table. We watched as the pizza was prepared by the employee and then sent through an automated pizza oven with a convener belt. I'd expect that from a Papa John's, but not Noble Roman's. 6. The pizza was "meh." The crust tasted powdery and flour-y and not crispy and caramelized like the original NR deep dish. We ate a few slices and did not take it to go. I really think the recipe changed. 7. The amount of waste at this place frustrated me. Pre-packaged chili flakes and parm for those of us dining. Plastic to go cups for my water and my mom's soda (but, my beer was provided in a glass, go figure). I really wish they'd be more considerate about the amount of plastic being put out into the world. I understand to go for pizzas, but, for dining in? Not very up to date with the way of the world. Overall, we won't be returning. The restaurant is understaffed and messy. The pizza was missing the love and flavors of the old school Noble Roman's. We actually drove to an old school Noble Roman's at Emerson and Southport and got a pizza to go and it was just like the old school version. While I love the idea of a craft pizza pub, I don't understand why they would mess with the delicious pizza that Noble Roman's is known for. Neither my mom and I plan to return to this location in the future.
