No 1 Chinese Restaurant

This place is OK. I got carry out from here and it was pleasant.Im not one to say "run here" or "run away". I would go back. Decent pricing for the quantity.

Just not a fan. Martinsville needs a good Chinese restaurant. We have tried this place multiple times and still don't care for it. I do like their wonton Soup. Couldn't eat the crab Rangoon. Horrible taste and texture

My food was not very good. Chicken was over cooked and tough. Would not eat there again

After checking out every Chinese restaurant in Mooresville and Martinsville, this place is the best of all of them. It may not look like much but they have excellent food. And they are fast! I walk in on a Friday night and it is only a 15 minute wait.Tonight I ordered my usual Pepper Steak with Onions that comes with white rice. Most places give you just as many bell peppers as pieces of steak or more. Not this place! They give you so much more steak (see photo) which is the way it should be. The bell pepper is for flavoring, not to overwhelm the entree so they get it right here. The entree also has the right amount of onions too.I also ordered the House Special Fried Rice. This is a combination of shrimp, chicken and pork with vegetables. This is the first time I've ordered it and I will be ordering it again a lot in the future. It is very favorable and much better than a single item fried rice. I also like how you order by quantity size, either pint or quart on most everything. You know how much you are getting when trying to determine how many people you can feed.Another new item I tried tonight was the Boneless Spare Ribs. It was exactly what I expected. The usual BBQ sauce you are used to at most Chinese places. The meat did not have a fat or gristle parts to it. I loved it! The menu says small or large, but a small is basically a pint.The few tables they did have are now closed off, so no more dine-in option for now. The two chairs for waiting are appropriately distanced. The entire staff is sealed behind plexiglass. They use "airlock" type boxes to retrieve payment and food. It is a cash only business.

I stopped in for lunch today. For less than seven dollars I had a tasty stir fried vegetable plate with a excellent brown sauce. Fried egg rolls were crispy and hot and a treat. The dining area is small but clean and bright.This is a typical strip mall operation that has been around for years. They have a busy take out business and few people seem to sit down to eat. They have a picture menu and the you order at the counter or call for take out. Certainly not a date night destination but servicing thecommunity and families that need a healthy inexpensive alternative to fast food chains. I will return to sample the menu.

I do not go there for the ambiance, I go for the food! While I was in the Marine Corps I was sent to the Far East where I became a fan of true Oriental cooking. I can eat the food from here, close my eyes and I'm right back there. Outstanding cooking! The portions are generous and they are fast. I love these guys!

Very Quaint and small just to my families liking. Service is always top tier as we normally take it home for dinner. Fast service and the food is always good and in decent portions.

Fabulous Food for take out only. Very kind workers quick service and wonderful food. Easy drive up access. I can recommend this restaurant.

The carry out is really good food. It is a family run operation and it shows. Always ready when they say it will be ready. Top notch service from Andy and the crew!
