I was in the building and wanted to also visit Nature's Table. Oh, they have lemon iced muffins. Unique and got to buy one as takeout. Oh, they have lemon iced slices of loaf, too. What a decision to make between the two! The worker said that the muffin was more lemony. I thought the muffin looked better than the slice of loaf. Lemon iced muffin it is!Oh, they have frequent eater cards at the register. I also bought a kale, spinach, mango, and pineapple regular size smoothie. It quickly flushes out your system. The restaurant is only open during the weekdays. They have healthy choices, and I plan to stop by again while passing through.

Located just to the right once you enter Door 3 of the St Vincent's Hospital in Carmel, this little cafe has a nice variety of lunch and breakfast options. The menu items are listed behind and above the counter, but printed menus are also available if you prefer reading things closer to your face. You place your order on the right side and pay at the time you order. They call out the food item, not your name, so you need to pay attention so that someone who comes after you doesn't grab your smoothie or panini by mistake! We stopped by for lunch and didn't have to wait to order. Within minutes, our orders were ready. It was a little more challenging than when they call out names. I mean if you miss the first word or two of what is being called, you may not recognize the order. Fortunately, the place was only about half full and the cashier (very personable!) nodded at me like "Hey, that's yours!" I ordered a Turkey Cranberry panini which was pretty tasty. The turkey was served warm and juicy (for turkey). The Swiss cheese was thick and gooey (yum!) and the cranberry flavor was from cranberry mayo with cranberry bits. The panini was lightly grilled/pressed and was quite good.I also ordered the Tropical Oasis smoothie, which is a bunch of fruit juices including strawberry, pineapple, and banana. It was cold and refreshing, but like a lot of smoothies, you have to wait for the melting to catch up to your thirst. By the bottom of the smoothie, the flavor was a little monotone compared to the taste at the beginning. My wife opted for the Carnitas (pork) wrap. She opted for the flour wrap (four options are available) to hold her marinated carnitas, black beans, corn salsa, avocado, salsa and sour cream. As you can see, the food tastes on the lighter side, but is sufficient enough in quantity and flavor to satisfy someone on the go for lunch.Overall, it was easy to figure out the process and the staff were friendly in the limited interaction. They have a self serve soda fountain, and an accessory counter to the left of the main counter. Once you finish, you are expected to buss your own table. Review #458

Cute little place to stop if you happen to be at St Vincent's Carmel for an appointment. I tried the pumpkin smoothie and it was delicious. It was like they put a piece pumpkin pie in my cup...so good!!!

If you're headed to carmel women's center to see your doctor, stop by Nature's Table to grab a smoothie. During my pregnancy I stopped in every visit for a refreshing fruit smoothie, and I grabbed another this morning along with a muffin. They have great options for food and yummy soups too. The staff is friendly, the interior is clean and inviting and the portions are generous. The woman sitting next to me had a made to order breakfast burrito that looked delicious, and made my tummy grumble. I usually go with the CoColada smoothie with yogurt and add strawberries, it's filling and tastes great. I'm sure I'd eat there all the time if I worked at St.V's.!

They have us in the POB a captive audience but they don't fail to take good care of us. Good sandwiches and soups with a smile in a timely fashion. Can't beat it!

We've recently located our office to the professional building at St Vincent Carmel, and this cute little cafe is right inside entrance #3. The menu is a nice blend of choices.....coffee, espresso, breakfast sandwiches, wraps, and bowls in the morning. Fresh fruit or yogurt. And the smoothies! Great flavors, natural fruits, and you can add vitamins to them! My favorite breakfast so far has been the Santa fe burrito on a jalapeño wrap. Mmm, mmm so good! The lunch offerings consist of sandwiches, salads, wraps, they even have a decent fish taco according to my coworker. It's all very colorful and appealing, made fresh in front of you, and tastes great. The only reason I gave this 4 stars is the prices. It's definitely a little pricey for a hospital cafe - at least $10 for a breakfast wrap and a medium espresso drink.....yikes! So that's the only downside. Especially when the food down in the cafeteria is just as good and much cheaper. Love this place for convenience and these smoothies though!

Seriously, these smoothies are so amazing! Peanut Butter Cup is a dream. Such a great pick me up. I haven't tried anything of the food but everything looks healthy and fresh. The restaurant is an order and sit down and the service isn't the fastest so expect a little wait. But you can't go wrong with a large smoothie.
