Place used to be great, it's a shame seeing it today. The food was still pretty decent overall but that's where the good part of the review ends. The actual restaurant is falling apart, like physically. There is very little service and that service takes a long time. Bath room wasn't clean, music was like kids versions of hits.

Narita Japanese Restaurant has its strengths and weaknesses. On the downside, the soup that came with our hibachi dinner was served ice cold, and the steamed rice had a crunchy texture, which was off-putting. The restaurant's appearance was somewhat uninviting, with covered windows and an empty parking lot that gave a sense of abandonment. Although there were two workers, we only saw one waiter, which made the service feel a bit sparse. Initially, we were concerned and even considered leaving after the soup, but we decided to stay. Fortunately, the rest of the meal improved, and we were not completely disappointed. With some improvements in both food preparation and ambiance, Narita could offer a more enjoyable dining experience.

It was definitely not too busy and reviews are mixed but we gave it a try. The sushi was good as was the miso soup. The bento box was great. Fresh food and all tasty. I would return.

I was not a fan of this place when I went with a friend for dinner. No aspect of it was good to me. We each got hibachi and a sushi roll as well as an appetizer salad. Salad was watery, sushi tasted very cheap, and hibachi was so salty my tongue was irritated. I do not recommend. There are way better places in the area for Japanese food than this.

We have been going to Naritas for years. I never really had a complaint before but it was just a quick stop in when I didn't want to drive far. I don't know what they have changed BUT It was absolutely the best I have ever had there tonight. We had a young gentleman that was a new server, who was absolutely phenomenal and the sushi was just on a whole new level than before. Keep up whatever that was tonight guys, you rocked it and I look forward to making that my go to if you continue this path!

I had only ordered delivery from this restaurant until I went in last week to pick my order up. I was SHOCKED at how dirty the restaurant was! From the floors, to the front doors, to the bar area, and sushi prep station... I haven't been in a dirtier restaurant before. I actually was wanting to see what the healthy department scored them because I was grossed out thinking of getting food from here and shocked that they are allowed to serve food in there! I won't be ordering from this place again!

No ambiance at all. I'm not the one who should be giving the review since I am not a sushi lover. But it was cold and dark in there. I believe my waiter was also the cook. There was one other table with people dining there. I guess lunch time is not their busiest time. I ordered crab Rangoon. There was barely any crab Rangoon in the shells! It was not good. I had to ask for everything such as something to drink, salt etc. Needless to say I won't be going back.

Saw the low reviews but thought we'd give it a try anyways since it's so close to our hotel. No one at the desk when you walk in, and no "seat yourself" sign. So we wandered to the back dining area where we asked a server to seat us.They had an all you can eat sushi special for 24.99 so we were STOKED. Unfortunately we only got 1/4 of what we ordered. After taking our drink order, it was 20-25 min between visits from our server... WE WERE THE ONLY TABLE IN THE RESTAURANT. We finally got appetizers, then rolls were delivered randomly and ones we ordered never arrived. Finally after a 2+hr experience (thanks to good company) we decided to leave. It seemed like their tactic to the "all you can eat" is to serve you as slow as possible so you will leave No photos but we got miso soup, seaweed salad, and corn nuggets. Rainbow roll, Miami roll, and dragon roll. Would have loved to try others but they never made it to our table. The whole experience was odd... and definitely gave us a story to tell As far as food quality, it was fine. No one got sick, so that's always a plus.I should add - this was a Saturday night

Called in a pickup order, was told 15-20 minute wait. Arrived right at 20 minutes, was told it would be another 15-20 because they were behind. Ended up sitting in the waiting room for an hour. Food was great but the young lady running the orders had no idea what she was doing and lied multiple times about when my order would be ready.
