N Zone Bar and Grill

I was not sure what to expect when I walked into Nzone. I figured it would be your typical sports bar with a few food items and limited beverage options. Not quite the case at Nzone.I came for a car event but since it was during dinnertime, I needed something to get me by. For $5, you can get 4 perfectly cooked wings and fries. Just what I was looking for as I did not want a large number of wings. I had to wait for 20 minutes because we came in after the kitchen had closed for a short break but the server promised me that she would come find me when the kitchen re-opened. She was true to her word and came to take my order. I appreciate service like this. Wings are a solid 5 out of 5. Cooked perfectly golden and through. No undercooked spots and were decently sized too for the bonus. I did not expect the wings to be that good. You can get them cooked plain as I did or tossed in a sauce of your choice. What caught my eye was the various food selections on the menu. I will have to come back to some other items and see if they hold up to the wings.The bar is well stocked with spirits from the typical well options to some pricey spirits that you will not find at the usual sports bars. Chris, the owner is willing to help and answer questions. Emily made sure we were well taken of throughout our time at Nzone. They also had a DJ upfront that was high energy and tucked on the wall not too far from him is an arcade game.

FYI: Be careful how you treat people. White people are not the only ones who write reviews.Me & my friends went for Super Bowl Sunday 2024. The night started great until we ordered food & drinks. The first thing was my friend ordered the lamb chop dinner and although she asked for WELL DONE it was red in the middle and her baked potato was hard as a brick and old. She thought it was mold on it but it was a lot of black spots. Then, They charged one friend $27 for a drink she did not order. They told my friend she had 2 drinks when she only had 1 drink. The manager (tall big bald head black man) came over and threw a $20 bill at her and told her she "not allowed to order shit else".My other friend ordered lamb chops and it took almost 2 hours for her to get her food. When she complained about it she found herself arguing with the server. Instead of the server apologizing and asking to make it right, she's arguing about who ordered first between all of us. Then my other friend ordered a catfish dinner TO GO. By now, it's 3.5 hours later and we all about to leave, her catfish dinner had not came out yet. When she asked about it to the female manager waved her hand at her & walked away as if she was lying. But in fact the server said she never put it in, I guess she had forgotten?Then last but not least I asked for some water before we left. The bartender said the manager said not to serve "us". I said, "No! He said her" (pointing to my friend). The bartender replied "no the whole table". WOW! It's 7 of us here and we all brought drinks & food, spent at least $350 and I can't get any water?! THATS CRAZY!!! But this what we get for trying to support our own kind (black people). Never again!!! I mean the drinks were good, the food was mid but the service is terrible!!! I was literally denied a cup of water after spending over $300 because they lied about my friend buying 2 drinks & didn't want to take it off our tab.We all work at the post office and we work hard for our money. We would not lie about a drink or an undercooked, spoiled dinner!! And although we make good money, we will not sit & pay $27 for a damn drink we did not order!!!!

Whew! So let me just say they only got a 2 because of how good the wings were!! When I say the customer service here needs work! It needs just that! I am BIG on customer service. How you treat me is contingent upon my return. Let's just say I wasn't treated the best and guess who it was by THE OWNER himself. Let's start with it was a crowd because of the fight! And that's fine. But let's work on adding more waitresses and bar tenders. Waiting almost 15-20 mins for a waitress to acknowledge you is NOT where it's at. So i decided to go to the bar thought that would be "quicker" WRONG! Still a wait!Back to the owner. He was extremely rude. But later on came back and apologized and offered us free drinks. Because of this experience it definitely left me extremely disappointed. Especially with all of this coming from the owner! The wings definitely got y'all two stars from me. Other than that. It would be a -1There's room for improvement though! Wish yall the best!

If your not black, this is not the spot. Great people, crowd did not like a big white boy on their turf. Just saying.

New bar opened on northwest side of Indy. Located on the south end of the strip with a pretty lit up sign. Not sure how late they are open. Being in a strip, parking lot is available out front. Heard about their sticky wings so decided to try them out. They offer wings breaded or naked, full or party size. We chose naked and party size. The wings order comes with fries. We ordered the wings to go, so while waiting we purchased drinks. A lot of top shelf selections are available. Prices for food and drinks are reasonable. Kenya was our bartender and she was very friendly and quick. Bar seating plus dining tables are available at this location. They also have a dance floor and Kenya said it will be going for Friday night. An area to play darts was positioned in the back corner. A song selection machine was accessible and music was playing while we were there. Enjoyed good vibes and good drinks while waiting for our food to be done. Went home to eat the food and the wings were exceptional. The sauce was exceptional, finger licking good. I'll definitely be back for more!

It's always empty when I go, how about service with a smile atleast! Some old hood chick's sitting in the corner talking shit because my homegirl didn't like what she got, and this ain't the first time. The food is mediocre! But looking like you expect a tip for that half ass service with an attitude! That's cool, will not be back! One thing a consumer can do is take their money elsewhere.

Me nd my friends were visiting from Miami nd i must admit the vibe was everything. The dj gave us a shout out nd all. But the bartender Maria was everything (i hope i got her name right, she was black/ short with a shortcut). Please promote this woman for her phenomenal customer service. Plus she makes really good drinks lol. She was a fresh of breath air from the moment we walked in.

The food was great the service was great the drinks was great they have specials Monday Thursdays and Saturdays which is awesome

Definitely a good place with a good ... grown adult atmosphere.... Great location music and food!!!

I was the first customer on Sunday April,24th at 5:00 pmWhen I entered the bar I didn't feel welcomed because the gentleman looked at me as if why is this guy here this early.I asked him if they were open and he said he would check with the kitchen.At the time they were doing what should had happened the night before wiping down tables.The floor was very sticky!I ordered what I thought would be the best thing on the menu.The steak was terrible at best and probably should be removed off of the menu!It was cold and the texture was like rubber!Texas Roadhouse was about 3 blocks down.I paid for my food in good faith with about three bites out of each steak and still left a tip.The lady who waited on me said you didn't like the steak? Even though she was a five star when it came to serving the drinks the food was still a one star!By the way one of the guys who was cleaning bought me my food and his hands looked like he was a contractor and a mechanic.I spent a total of $60 with the tip and they had no problem accepting that without even trying to come to some type of agreement on the bill.I'm not going back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
