We are here for one of the biggest cheer competitions of the year!! MAJORS & Jamfest Very important this restaurant was live streaming the cheer competition on all the TV's!! If you are in the cheer world you know what this means!! They were live streaming Varsity TV!! Which I thought was amazing. I told them if you do this everyone will come here! This comp was $134 + for one ticket. So live streaming for people that didn't go to the comp is such an amazing and thoughtful thing. Thank you!! We enjoyed our meals as well. It was the best meal I have had in a Indy downtown area so far. Our sushi was perfect, my miso and my seaweed salad. More importantly the customer service was amazing. This will be my spot for the next 3 days I am here plus when we return for cheer comps! Thank you for the Great Experience!! I will definitely be back.

An unexpected treat!I'll admit that I don't spend a lot of time in this area of downtown Indy, so I was pleasantly surprised to stumble upon this little (it's huge) gem at Circle Centre.Mt. Fuji serves ramen, sushi, sake, and more! Our sushi was perfectly rolled and delicious. I also loved the presentation and the quick & friendly service.If you're in Downtown Indy, this is a definite must try!

Took my business advisor here for dinner after a long flight. We enjoyed the atmosphere and food. The restaurant was clean, food was fresh and everything was flavorful. The roll platter was really good Ms my favorite was the seaweed salad . I could've eaten an entire plate of that. We enjoyed the booth seating and our waitress was amazing. I will definitely take more clients and colleagues here when we're downtown. Especially those that enjoy sushi and Japanese cuisine.

We stopped in on New Year's Eve and were so impressed with how they've transformed the former Primanti Brothers space into a classy, modern sushi restaurant. They had cozy booth seating as well as a large sushi bar, and TVs were all around the dining room. They have a huge menu and variety of rolls. We couldn't decide on any so we ordered a large nigiri platter which also came with some rolls, and my son ordered a bowl of ramen which was very large. Our service was excellent and it was overall a memorably great dinner.

Really good! Quick service. All food came then the sushi roll so a bit out of order but the food was good and the waitress staff was kind. Not overly loud. Absolutely beautiful inside.

Food was very good. Pricing was standard, not too expensive. Beautiful atmosphere. Service was good, not great, not bad.

SUSHI LOVERS CHECK IN!!!!So first this is a beautiful restaurant! The design is so intricate and intentional! Even if you aren't into seafood, just come in to see how cool this place is! I started with the Lychee Martini... it was quite strong. You aren't going to find many "cutesy girly" cocktails here but if you love alcohol, you will not be disappointed here. Okay to the best part... the sushi! And I am a sushi lover! This was great! I had the Tarzan which was a shrimp tempura roll with eel! It was great! Then the damn good roll had a salmon base and was delicious! My favorite was the Sesame Tuna roll! Honestly they all were a hit and I will be back to explore more of their rolls because that was a 10/10. I live closer to downtown and usually have to travel a little bit for some good sushi in Indy... but not anymore! This spot was delicious and the staff was so friendly!

Mt Fuji is a delightful addition to the downtown culinary scene! My friend and I have had our eye on this new sushi restaurant that opened up in spring 2024. We were so happy to finally have the chance to check it out so we could share our thoughts with the Yelp family! From the moment we entered, it was clear that the owner had poured their heart into the decor. The ambiance has a classy and chic charm that instantly transported me to a tranquil state of mind, and reminds me of being by the water.To kick off the night, my friend and I ordered the lychee martini and the white jasmine cocktails. The white jasmine is gin based and struck the perfect balance of being liquor-forward without being too overpowering. We split 3 rolls: the Damn Good Roll, Sesame tuna, and Tarzan. All three were phenomenal! I loved the eel of the Tarzan, the sauces of the sesame tuna paired perfectly with the fish, and the caviar on the Damn Good Roll was divine. They also have a happy hour that ends at 6p on weekdays. Overall, I think I may have found my new Indy sushi restaurant. I can't wait to come back and try more!

Jasmine tea was heaven. Sushi was fantastic. Be back soon! We celebrated my son's 19th birthday there. They were very kind with surprise mochi dessert.

Amazing food, amazing service, and am amazing atmosphere! The owner Stella is awesome and great to talk to as well. This is definitely my go to spot any time I'm in Indy!
