Mosaic Apartments

There is multiple things wrong with this place, including the violence and drugs that go on, but one of the most annoying things is the UNSUPERVISED children. The other day, I was letting my dogs out at the dog park when a group of children opened up the gate, letting on my dogs out. Of course I had to chase them get them back inside the gate because the kids also had a little dog. Then I had an angry parent show up on my doorstep, screaming at me, not to yell at their kid. If people would watch their kids, there would be a lot less problems. There's maybe 40 kids under 20 that run around here, in the pool, and other amenities alone. I've also seen them leaning up against peoples cars. It's just disrespectful WATCH YOUR KIDS!

I lived here for almost two years and moved because of the poor management/Maintenance, nasty living conditions and unwillingness to pretty much do anything. This complex is extremely overpriced, Parking issues every single day, the things that happen in the apartment complex aren't safe for anyone. Don't bring your kids here. I wasn't going to post my review but after recommending this place to a friend at the beginning and hearing about all of the issues they are currently dealing with I have decided to leave my review and I'm sure they will be leaving their own review now that they have also moved out. They make things sound good.do your research and read every single line of your contract.

Potential renters beware. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. I can't stress this enough DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. I know that compared to most places in Avon Mosaic Apartments offers cheap rent but believe me when I say you get what you pay for. The buildings are so poorly built, you can hear your neighbors even when they aren't trying to be loud. There's huge gaps between the walls and the floors so that means any creepy crawler can come in. That being said I had a big issue with roaches in my bathroom and kitchen even though I was extremely clean roaches, ants, stink bugs made their way in. I was on the 2nd floor so I can imagine living on ground level is worse. Good luck ever getting ahold of management, they rarely answer the phones so if you have any issue with broken appliances good luck getting the issue resolved. AVOID GOING THROUGH BRITTANY KEPLINGER!!! We had a broken toilet 2 weeks before my lease ended I was forced into having to stay with my family just to be able to use a toilet because nobody got back to me but they had no issue tacking on a broken toilet damage to my final bill payment. This is the shady stuff they will put you through. Things were good at first when I moved in two years ago, back then I would have left them a great review but I've had nothing but issues with the management team after a year and now that I moved out they're charging me outrageous damage fees. Another example is they claim they had to take out the entire unit carpet even though I never damaged it. No pet stains, no rips, no cuts, no burns. They said I left "burn marks" on the carpet, IT WAS SOIL FROM MY PLANTS. They even sent me pics and you can tell it's clumps of soil. Lucky for me I took pictures of my own of every single room before I left showing everything including the carpet and every picture is time stamped from the day I moved out on March 31st. Finally after leaving multiple bad reviews a lady name Brittany Keplinger contacted me and told me she was sorry for the issues, she walked the unit herself and said the carpet DID NOT need replaced. She agreed there were no burn marks, no smoke smell, nothing. The toilet did not need replaced. The damage fees were false and I was right. She said that she would be in contact with me in two days with an updated final bill but here we are weeks later and not only is she ignoring my emails, calls and blocked me on Facebook messenger she also avoided me when I paid the office a surprise visit today on 5/18. She told a rude guy working at the front desk named Sherman that she wasn't going to come in. This was after he told her who was waiting to see her. Brittany Keplinger will avoid you and ignore you,, she will try and screw you over by not getting back in contact and letting false charges go to collections. Again I try getting back in contact with them to talk about the fees and she didn't return any calls even though I've left messages with my name and number, she even read my fb message and then blocked me. Shocking. When you rent with Mosaic Apartments this is the kind of treatment you'll be getting. So if you have no problem living in bug infested, thin walled apartments this is the perfect place for you. If you have no issue getting screwed out of money and ignored by the management team again this is the perfect place for you. Next step will be an attorney and reporting them to local news stations. Brittany Keplinger should lose her job and Mosaic Apartments needs a whole new management team. My advice to the unfortunate people already living at Mosaic Apartments if you're reading this TAKE PHOTOS OF EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU LEAVE. If I didn't do that they would be charging me hundreds. Brittany Keplinger you won't be getting away with how you treat people I will absolutely take this to the next level.

Since we have moved in we have had multiple incidents with management , a very poorly Managed complex and if your at retirement age , it's a strike against you we have been Targeted by this company, so now it's time to strike back , at this point it's time to get the the local TV media involved , I have many documented incidents to report So game on !!!!!!

I moved into Mosaic in March of this year. I have to say the staff is wonderful and the maintenance amazing! They are always welcoming and service your needs promptly. What I enjoy the most, is their involvement with the community; always offering resident events. The club house is awesome; business center for residents is an appreciated amenity for sure. My only critique is parking. And, although not directly related to the community, the sewer fees associated with the water is "highway robbery".Overall peaceful and a great place to call home!

My husband I have lived here for almost 5yrs and it get progressively worse. When we first moved in we were the first to live in our building. It was brand new and the management at the time was awesome. They kept the grounds clean and everyone could not move in. They were particular about who they let rent here. Now, everyone can live here, there is dog poop everywhere even though there is a dog park, unsupervised kids, TRASH EVERYWHERE!!! Lets not talk about management.....they change like the wind and the nothing gets done. The ONLY reason why we are still here is because of the housing market. They call this place the Avon projects!!! Please do not move here. Our days are numbered for sure!!!

Stay away..... office staff is not friendly at all. if you call and actually get to talk to someone you can hear it in there voice how they don't like you and are annoyed. No hot water at all. They refuse to turn the water heater up. Maintenance does not fix things correctly and will blame the renter. They replaced our appliances with rusted ones that where probably sitting outside. Walls are very thin. can hear everything. I wish I would have read reviews before renting here cause I would have ran the other way. I believe our leasing agent Sheena was high when we toured and signed are lease. I definitely do not feel safe here, cops coming out all the time, drug activity going on. people walking around with guns. Management does not care one bit here.

Despite the poor reviews that I see on here since downloading this app, I LOVE this complex. I have lived here for over a year & have loved it. Everyone is friendly. The office ladies are amazing. The property is clean. I have had to put one maintenance request in, and it was closed by the end of the day. I have never had any issues in my apartment. I travel A LOT, and I always feel my apartment is safe & secure when i'm gone. I will be staying here for a long time. 24 hour gym, computer room, etc makes it great for those working nights. The only thing that can be tough is parking spots late night; but they have a very large over pool parking lot east of the office.

This place is straight up garbage. I lived here for 6 months and I dread every second of it. There are cockroaches everywhere and bed bugs. Whenever i flush the toilet the pipes leak and water goes everywhere. I have tried contacting the landlord and he says to deal with it and doesn't reply after. 0/5

Literally the worse apartment complex in Avon! Sheena or however you spell her name she is rude as hell Emma the leasing agent is literally the only one who doesnt have an attitude. I came in wanting to rent but left moving elsewhere. I seen 10 uhaul trucks that same day in the apt complex to the point my husband went and asked why were they moving out they stated the office staff is a joke they are rude and nasty that everyone is moving out once their lease is up pretty on the outside but the inside is disgusting when I was trying to get information there Asst. manager was ignoring me just looking at her computer like the worse experience
