I contracted Moo & Loo for our corporate event in October, and they exceeded all expectations. I insisted they bring their full range, and our team was thoroughly impressed. The setup was fantastic, and the quality of the products served was outstanding. Their staff was not only friendly and attentive but also precise with wait times. They even extended their hours to accommodate the influx of employees eager for seconds. While the mint chocolate chip sold out, the cinnamon roll à la mode and vanilla milkshake were the stars of the show.I unequivocally recommend this business without reservation. Thank you for making our event a resounding success!

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND TREAT YOURSELF HERE!!! I was in the mood for a sweet treat and so glad I found this cute place. The staff was so kind and patient when I was taking forever to choose a flavor! They provided so many samples and helped me pick out my flavors. I did a single scoop of Graham Central Station (the best graham cracker ice cream i've ever had) and Blueberry Cheesecake and the portion was GINORMOUS for only $5! They have so many other flavors I have to try so i'm definitely coming back.

Love this place and the owners as well! Fantastic flavors of ice cream ans Sorbet for non-dairy lovers. Upon request, they have sugar free ice cream and vegan as well!Baked goodies such as cookies and cupcakes. Ade in store. Fresh made waffle cones and absolutely wonderful coffee drinks. I enjoy a shot of expresso with Turkish coffee ice cream. Lastly, ice cream pies, quarts of ice cream and waffle taco's to go from self serve freezer. Best of all is the atmosphere of the place that screams fun, smiles and laughter. Sit down and play a game or a puzzle from their array of games and book shelf.

They have Blue Moon ice cream here! One of my sons has been wanting to try Blue Moon for a while, and only certain ice cream joints offer it. Moo & Loo is one of those places. If you're not familiar with Blue Moon, it's a Midwest speciality and tastes like an amalgam of cotton candy, bubble gum, citrus and vanilla, and it's bright blue. Yeah, it's definitely a kid thing.Kid sizes are available at this ice cream place, so you don't have to fret about your young child walking away with a scoop as big as their head. I got my children kid-sized scoops and they were plenty. Moo & Lou also has milkshakes, sundaes, shave ice, slushies, boba, and iced coffee drinks. Supposedly, Moo & Lou has a vehicle theme in their ice cream parlor, but I'm not picking up on this theme. I saw zero vehicles. But the place is bright and fun, with a nook for sitting that also makes a good photo op spot, as well as games available to play while you eat your ice cream treats. They also have lots of patio seating, if you happen to visit on a warm and patio-friendly day.

Moo & Lou's ice cream easily earns that 5 star review. I'm glad that I live 20 miles away or I would be at their door everyday. The shop is locally and family owned and operated and is affiliated with the non-profit "Maddie Smiles Inc."The parlor is downright cute, kind of boho with colorful comfy chairs and a few tables to enjoy your cones. The ice cream cases are filled with 30+ flavors of ice cream and frozen yogurts. I had the Expresso Fudge Swirl on a cone. The ice cream was rich and creamy with a ton of fudge. Service was quick and friendly. I didn't intend to eat the whole cone, but I did. It was delicious. They are located at 56th and Post Road in a small strip mall. There is plenty of parking near the store front. They also have a few tables outside to enjoy your cone.

Can I give them 10 stars? This might be the best ice cream I've ever had, certainly the best in Indy. The shop is so cute and the staff is friendly and kind. I'm simultaneously sad and happy that's its not close to me. The espresso chocolate chip is DANGEROUS. Great reward after hiking at Ft. Ben. Or just surviving another day.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! My friend and I stumbled on this shop tonight and I am so happy we decided to check it out. It is one of the most inviting restaurants I have ever been in. The Christmas tree in the window is what initially got our attention. Once we were inside, the Moroccan lights, cheery colors and funky furnishings made me smile. I found out that is the goal. My friend got a scoop in a cone and I tried the Graham Central Station. It was amazing!! They use Sundaes brand ice cream which is a local ice cream company. Why do I really love this place? The family/owners are amazing! We spoke with the owner for quite awhile about his daughter Maddie and their charity. Maddie passed away 10 years ago at the age of 19. He spoke of Maddie with so much love and talked about the signs his family makes and puts around the community to make people smile. I realized I took a photo of my dog next to one of those signs back in 2021.My only complaint about the place is that the ice cream isn't zero calories! :-)Support two local businesses and a family doing work way beyond selling ice cream. They are bringing positivity and love to the community and the smiles are free!

A year later and I still believe this is the best ice cream place in the city. The owners are phenomenal and have many fun activities throughout the year. It's fantastic anytime of year. The baked goods you can purchase are always great and their cooler is always stocked with ice cream pies and ice cream tacos. Overall fun place for all to enjoy.

This is a very special ice cream shop that is so much more than ice cream. They serve Sundays (local) homemade ice cream, have the best snow cones, great espresso and amazing baked treated with all the toppings. They also host events and birthday parties. This business was started as a food truck that has been around for 6 years in memory of Maddie Moo, the Moo in Moo and Lou. The world lost Maddie when she was only 19 years old but her memory is alive! The owners are the most caring and philanthropic people I've ever known. I love supporting this sweet local shop because they do so much for the community! The ambiance here is unmatched! They provide couches, games and good music. Better than any coffee shop!

Why is it so cute in here? And why is this my first time trying it? I would like to consider myself a newer ice cream connoisseur so I'm certainly still getting my feel for places around the city. This was such a special Sunday treat that I shared with my daughter, mom & grandma. I love that the ladies working were super sweet and eager to answer all of our questions about flavor profiles. They also offered a sample of each & every ice cream until we decided finally which one to get. Out of the two I tried (I'm a basic flavor girlie) I was blown out the water and "Graham Central Station" . There's a crunch to it, duh it's got graham crackers & I also tasted cinnamon. Wouldn't be surprised if there were crushed up teddy grahams in it. SOOOOOO GOOD! there's a cute little outdoor patio that they share with the Thai restaurant next door & parking is right by the door. Plenty of cozy hippie seating inside as well as public restrooms.
