Monon Coffee Company

I always find myself coming back to Monon. My close friends and family know I'm a big mug gal. I've always collected mugs, and the bigger the better. They serve a large cappuccino in a huge, cozy-in-the-hands mug... and with the world of to-go cups taking over, It's something that keeps bringing me back. This picture is from December, but I've been plenty of times with this exact order. I took a selfie for my family to gauge the ratio of the mug size lol. I give a 4/5 stars solely for the organization and seating. It's very compact- and the line takes over a lot of the seating in the front, while the seating in the back is also bit cramped. I also selfishly wish it was open past 3! For crazy afternoon coffee drinkers like me! However- it's obvious the community that gathers here is loyal, and for lots of good reasons. P.s. check out the honor bar! Always top off my coffees.

This is a place once you step into, familiar faces are seen sipping wonderful coffee. I've tried a couple seasonal lattes but stick true to my vanilla oat because they do it just right. You can grab goodies such as syrups, beans and even press on nails!!

Oh! What a cute, cozy spot right in the middle of broad ripple amongst all my favorite stores! I tried Monon for the first time yesterday and I loved the casual yet comfortable vibe and pretty quickly got to working. My Cortado was perfect with a hint of almond milk nuttiness and I enjoyed my time working there. There's a variety of teas, smoothies and breakfast options such as bagels and muffins. Parking is street only so may be tough to snag a spot although yesterday was a beeeze due to the tough weather. There are a couple tables and I imagine it might get busy on a nice day. Otherwise, pretty cool spot!

Great local coffee shop. Great regular espresso and specialty menu with rotating specials. I typically just go with a Cubano and a to go coffee. They have rotating drip coffee available with a self serve honor bar at the front. They also sell pastries as well if you need something to snack on!Nice local hang with regulars coming and chatting and a bulletin board with all of the local happenings. Art for sale on the walls. Mugs and other merch available on the shelves. (Also obviously there is coffee for sale)I come in every Friday and I will be coming back indefinitely!

I love the vibe in here. Everyone has always been friendly, there's plenty of seating for the small space and the menu is extensive, but not overwhelming.I had a cold recently and asked for a tea, but to pick it for me since they have a lot and they'd know better what'd be nice for a cold - and they were right! Plus all sizes of tea are the same price so I got the biggest size.The coffee drinks are wonderful too. Street parking is easy, but you're in Broad Ripple so if it's busy you may have to walk a bit. Always love stopping in!

Monon coffee company is our favorite local coffee shop! They always have the best seasonal drinks, and they're very reasonably priced. I recommend trying a seasonal drink, but they also have all the other regular coffee/espresso drinks as well. The inside is small but cozy, and the workers are always very attentive and friendly. It feels very welcoming there.

Good coffee and friendly staff! Gotta try the flash roasted coffee for sure! I live out of state and try to go every time I'm back!

This is the first place I think of when considering coffee shops in Broad Ripple. A friendly, compact coffee shop with great espresso options and there's always something new to try on the menu. When it's not too busy I've asked the baristas about some of the things that I have never heard of and they have taken the time to chat and explain. I like that they have a front seating area near the counter and a back seating area that is a little more private and quiet. I have never had a bad experience here. They are in a tough spot, as are many Broad Ripple businesses, due to the ongoing road construction in the area, but that's no slight against them, simply a warning if you are coming by car. This place is just off of the Monon Trail so it's easily accessible by bike or on foot.

I love this place, and I have for the 15+ years I've lived in Indianapolis. Here's why: -There is something for everyone. Tea lover? Coffee fanatic? Just stopping by for a nibble of some locally made baked good? They got you. -There's local art on display, local flyers up advertising local events, and locally made baked goods for sale. (Notice the theme? They're the real deal for supporting local). -They have great natural light for working or relaxing with your coffee. -Free wi-fiI genuinely can't imagine Broad Ripple without this spot, and don't want to! If you haven't tried it yet, get on over there and get you some coffee. :)

This place is lovely! I just grabbed coffee here for the first time and thought it was super cute. They have some things you can buy as you first walk in and business cards for local companies. There are beans you can buy and some fun things to check out while you're waiting in line. The place was packed as it was a Saturday morning. I asked the barista a few questions and she answered me happily. I ended up getting the large iced Mona Lisa which is a cinnamon and honey latte. One thing I will say is that their hours online don't match their hours at the store. Overall, pretty good experience and I'll definitely be back!
