Monarch Bed and Breakfast

We were the first guests!!!!!!! This place is so so so adorable. Thomas and Janet were just the absolutely best. Super nice. We were only there for 1 night. Breakfast in the morning was great, my only criticism would be that they should tell the guests what time breakfast is so its not cold when they get down there. Thomas and Janet were very accommodating and told us all their favorite covered bridges and cute things to do in town while we were there. Conveniently located to the downtown area. Can't say enough good things about this place. If we're ever in the area again, we will definitely be staying with Janet and Thomas. PS - we are a multi-racial couple and going to small towns in Southern/Central Indiana can sometimes be a concern for us. We had absolutely no problems staying here.

Came in town for a wedding and I cant say enough how awesome and hospitable Janet and Thomas were. Affordable and conveniently located to the downtown area. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Rockville.

Such a quaint and wonderful bed and breakfast! We went to Rockville, IN for the Maple Syrup Festival and were blessed in choosing to stay at the Monarch. Janet and Thomas are such friendly and gracious hosts!The Monarch has such lovely decor in the rooms, everything was clean and comfortable, very reasonable rate, complimentary snacks and drinks were available, and breakfast was absolutely delicious!!
