Food safety is very vital for any food place which mean having clean food or clean place and that was a big negative for this place. The food smelled very odd and tasted nothing like any Chinese food I ever had (in a bad way). Almost tasted like old oil was use. They are clearly over charging for the poor quality food they are serving their community. They sell one almost cookie for $1 and it's stale and bad and old. Go there at your own risk! Lomain tasted so bad had no chicken which we ordered. Fried rice was so dry. Chicken egg rolls were also not good. And the spring roll they served were smaller than your pinky and again old oil smell and probably bought from the frozen isles of dollar store.

I have ordered from this place multiple times. On April 9th the order took FOREVER with no real communication or updates. When I finally received my food I was told that I would be given a credit for my inconvenience. I tried to cash in on that credit this evening and was told that they they had no record at first. Then I was offered an egg roll and a can of soda. I explained that that would not work. Then I was offered $2. Which was less than the delivery fee and pre-paid tip that paid on the initial order.Very unhappy and will not be patronizing any longer.

Barely makes a three star, but my brother likes their stuff. We took the eat-in option, which I don't recommend. Take-out is probably better, although the sauce choices are all packaged.We had lunch specials which include either pork egg roll or a soda. Rice options are white, or pork fried rice. For him, these options were great. For me, not so much.The food quality was good and acceptable. Nothing amazing here, but for $5.50 before taxes, it beat the heck out of "fast food". For a takeout or delivery place, you (and maybe your group) will do OK, and won't go broke. No frills, but the food was decent. I probably won't be back, but he will.

I've given Ming Jiang 2 tries before this review. I want so badly for there to be good Chinese take-out in my neighborhood. This place isn't knock your socks off, but it gets the job done. To start, upon entering the store, there is a distinct smell of oil. The smell is so strong that you take a little with you. One way to avoid this is to use you Yelp Eat24 app to order (shameless plug). There aren't many places that will deliver to Eagle Creek so this is a major plus in my book.Now, for the food: as Chinese takeout goes, this place uses pretty fresh veggies. The carrots and broccoli are always pretty crisp and colorful. The traditional (Americanized) Chinese food flavors are definitely there. If you're looking for Chinese food in the Eagle Creek area, this is definitely a place to try.

I generally feel like Chinese takeout spots in Indy are 90% the same...lifeless food drenched in sticky, bland sauce, but not this place. Here's the scoop on my order today: Beef & broccoli - beef was flavorful, broccoli was fresh & instead of dominating the dish, the sauce enhanced the experience General Tso's chicken - Delicious! Best in Indy for sure. Crab rangoon - crispy & fresh...not life changing but goodI've been here several times & have never been disappointed, but they've stepped things up recently and it's noticeable. It'll continue to be my go-to spot for takeout.

Got carry out from Ming Jiang on Christmas night. Would not recommend this place to ANYONE. 3 of the 5 people who I ordered carry out with got food poisoning. Chicken was not hot, and mostly dark meat in the bourbon chicken that was ordered.

This place is great! But, you have to order the right things. It's not all good. I would stay away from the wings. But, the garlic wontons are amazing, lo mein is delicious, and nice shrimp eggrolls

I'm getting so sick and tired of these Chinese restaurants trying to scam you on the meat if you order shrimp fried rice then you expect shrimp to be in your rice these people put a couple of shrimp on the rice and I didn't see shrimp again until I got to the very bottom and I ordered a large and paid for extra shrimp what's the point in giving them your money if they not going to give you good service I will be better off learning how to make my own shrimp fried rice at home.
