Mi Lindo Pénjamo Food Truck

I drove up north to this truck for birria and consume. i was excited it's in the same parking lot as dominos and tienda morelos. i wasn't quite sure if they would be there or open but i took my chances. unfortunately neither worker on the truck was wearing a mask .... so i had to pass for my health and safety. food trucks are already small and hold heat so it was very discomforting to witness. hopefully they'll upgrade their safety guidelines and i can try again in the future.

This truck is amazing!!! First I saw my friends Instagram and it looked soooo good so, I went to the location the food truck is at and got two carne asadas and Al Pastor tacos. I also got consommé. I will Definitely be back! The people in the truck were nice too. telling all my friends about this one

My favorite taco truck. Delicious filling tacos and prices are very reasonable. Only giving 4 stars because you never know when they will be there.

This is the ABSOLUTE best for Birria Tacos!!! I am craving them now but they are only open on Fridays and Saturdays! The steak is amazing and the consume' is out of this world! Customer service is amazing!

Inviting them to be at an event I had helped plan. The food was delicious and everyone loved it.

I would really like to try this taco truck.Unfortunately no one preparing the food wears masks. In a global pandemic that is spread through droplets the people preparing the food should be wearing a mask. Food looked like it was probably good.
