Loved the old school Arab shop vibe. They have all of the Arab foodstuffs necessary for existing. They also have some eastern African necessities too!

Came here yesterday for the first time!! They had the cheapest price I've found so far in America for my husbands Moroccan tea. The workers were friendly and helpful! I think the guy at the checkout thought I was crazy but since there is no halal meat in my area I stock up when I get to a halal market lol. This was one of the bigger and cleaner markets in the Indianapolis area as well. Prices were close to some of the others but I think slightly cheaper. I'll be back!!!

Mecca has the best flatbread in the state - hands down. I have been shopping here for a couple of years and I always pick up a 3-pack of the flatbread - reasonably priced at $2.99. Mecca is located in an old strip mall just off route 40. The grocery store is packed with food for Middle East cuisine. I pick up ingredients that I can't find elsewhere for stuffed grape leaves and other Greek dishes. I find specialty oils and cheeses for cooking. The prices are good. They also offer a limited assortment of fresh Middle Eastern pastries and cookies which I have not tried. The staff is always super friendly and will help you located items. The store is never crowded and there is plenty of parking.

Great variety of grocery from Middle East, from produce to frozen food to dinnerware. Some refrigerated items were expired, so I suggest you check the dates before buying. Convenient location right off 465.

Mecca is where I go when I can't get to Saraga. It's a much smaller store and so their selection is smaller but no less quality. They have tagine, and si many other food. On this trip I needed a tablecloth and also got some freshly baked bread. I ended up going with a different tablecloth than the one I originally wanted but it was just as beautiful. I saw the restaurant is still open or looks like it is but I didn't try any food. Definitely will stop in again.

Definitely a gem. Food was amazing. If you are a "must love the decor" type of patron then don't bother but if you are seeking awesome authentic food with unique flavors and price then go!We drove 40 minfrom fishers with two young children and we will definitely be back.

Ate here the other day and loved it. Had the Fahsa (a kind of lamb stew, served boiling in a stone pot) and the shish tawouk. Both were outrageously delicious. And a nice bonus was that I could stock up on groceries including tahini, olives, pomegranate paste, harissa, you name it...No, it's not gonna win any awards for prompt service or a fancy setting. But the food was great, and I could do my shopping while I waited. Note: The name may have changed. The big sign out front says "Mecca Market". But it still says "Crescent Market" in the windows.

Combination restaurant, buffet, grocery, bakery, and halal (and zabihah) meat shop (specializing in lamb and goat). Very clean store, helpful staff. Opened about a year ago. Lots of Arabic marked items: dry, canned, fresh, frozen. Rice, cracked wheat, cous cous, spices, dates, figs, baklava, other sweets. Pitas made fresh every day. There is some overlap with Indian/Pakistani, but this place is more typical of Middle Eastern / Mediterranean like Al-basha and Sophi's International Food Market.Sort of off the beaten path, hidden almost, but VERY easy to get to, just a block north of West Washington street, 2 blocks from I-465. Take Washington street West one block to High School road, then go North on High School road one block, corner of Morris, and it will be in the old shopping center on your right.I didn't eat here, just bought some groceries, but I'll definitely plan a lunch here next time I'm in the area.

A little Middle Eastern market with a small restaurant inside. We stopped by for a lunch on a cold Saturday afternoon and had the place pretty much to ourselves. We ordered a Fahsa and a chicken wrap sandwich. Both were amazing. Hot, fresh, flavorful, with fluffy hot bread. An amazing meal for a very very decent price. I felt like I was back in Cairo! The service was nice, and we could watch Arabic tv while we waited for our meal.

Worst place I've ever been too. They charged $35 for two kabobs, that was over cooked and rice was cold.
