Meadows Cafe

Wanted to try this place out as they serve breakfast from open until 2pm. They are only a breakfast brunch and lunch location but the menu is very midwest authentic. I had the blue berry dream pancakes. Good size and syrup. Very fast and friendly service.

I really liked this home cooked food. I am not sure why lots of the reviews say it is overpriced. I'm not sure what people expect. It is much less expensive than traditional chain restaurants.They were slow the day we went but also we went during one of the craft shows and I think they were understaffed. They were trying their best. We saw our waiter take our order and then cook the food. My mom had a tenderloin and it was huge and very good. Had a really good crisp on the outside. Would recommend getting it. Then she got fried mushrooms with that which she also really liked. I got a bourbon chicken melt and it was very good! Chicken was tender and the sauce was delicious. Bread also was buttered before cooking it which made it good. I got the onion rings with that. They were very big and the breading was also good. I wish the breading had stuck to them a bit better because it made them hard to eat. Had a very small town atmosphere. Definitely felt family owned. Had some desserts at the front of their restaurant. I took the Oreo cookie home and my boyfriend loved it.

Best hamburgers I know of. Sweet potato fries very good. Kind of expensive but worth it. Kind of long wait but good food not fast food.

First time there today. Omelette was tasty. Only 4 other customers in the lace and food still took quite a while to come.

My partner and I went for brunch at the Meadows Cafe today, and it did not disappoint! I ordered the veggie omelet and they ordered the peanut butter banana French toast. Everything tasted great! We loved the atmosphere - it wasn't too busy and we were able to just walk in and sit down. Our normal brunch spot in town is usually super crowded and can be overstimulating, so we really enjoyed this place. Service was fast too! We look forward to returning!

This is a nice little local breakfast joint. Prices are a little high for what you get but pretty good overall.

Great Service and the food is excellent. Very clean and friendly environment. Tenderloin and fried mushrooms are a MUST!
