What a unique little coffee, tea, and gift shop! Located in the middle a strip mall just north of 116th on Allisonville - with the cutest interior and tables to sit and enjoy your bevvies. In our quest to hit all of the locally owned coffee shops, Marium happened to fall on a morning when our group got some snow and frigid temps, and we were the first ones in the door. This meant that the espresso machine needed a little more time to warm up, so we opted for tea as our first round of drinks.Everything is hand crafted and takes some time - but it is worth the wait! Prices were average for what we usually get ($7-$8ish per cup with tip), but the uniqueness cannot be beat here. They do Turkish coffee and hot sand pour overs - not to be missed. And that Dubai chocolate? I ate one there and then took one home to the hubs (about $8 for a small bar - worth it). The staff were all SO super nice and gave good suggestions on things to try. The smores Turkish option was so sweet and rich with actual oreos in it - I am glad I ended the morning with it! Our teas were presented on wooden trays - such an elegant way to be served - in their own tea press. So cool and SO tasty! They offered a lot of options for coffee and teas to go/make at home. I think they make some of their own cute coffee merch, too. We will definitely return to try all of the amazing and plentiful offerings here!

The dubai chocolate bars are worth a stop, but be prepared to pay a steep price. The small is $7.99 and the large is $11.99. They are in simple clear plastic baggies - I assume someone locally makes them? There are no labels. The cashier couldn't quite answer my questions when I inquired about a few drinks and a recommendation, but we landed on a drink that I took to-go. Unfortunately it was grainy and had little flavor, I'm not sure where we went wrong. I plan to visit again, especially to try Turkish Coffee (I went with something else on a previous visit.)

I first discovered Mariam Coffee on Instagram, where I watched a video of traditional Turkish coffee being heated in a copper pot over hot sand. I was instantly intrigued and knew that I had to check this place out for myself.I was impressed with the variety of drinks on the menu, ranging from Turkish coffee, to boba tea, to more "familiar" drinks like macchiatos and milkshakes. There was something for everyone in my group to enjoy, even the pickier eaters. Mariam also offers an array of assorted baked goods and sweets, including the viral Dubai chocolate. Unfortunately, they were out of the Dubai chocolate when I went, and the waitress said it is very popular and usually sells out before the end of her shift. I wanted something refreshing and sweet, so I tried the sparkling boba drink with mango boba and strawberry syrup. It was presented to me on a wooden tray, and it tasted just as good as it looked! I loved the mix of mango and strawberry, and the fizziness from the sparkling water. On the table, there was a QR code to scan and leave a google review in exchange for a free Turkish coffee, and since that is what i came to Mariam for in the first place, I had to take advantage of that offer. The coffee was different than anything I had ever tasted before, and I can't say I was the biggest fan of the blend of spices. However, the experience of watching the coffee being brewed over the hot sand was very fun and made me glad that I tried something new.I would recommend Mariam to anyone who wants to diversify their palate and try a specialty drink from another culture!

I was intrigued by trying Turkish coffee so when I heard Mariam's I made a special trip to try it! It was cute little space in a strip mall. The gal behind the counter was friendly, but did had a difficult time making a recommendation. The drinks sounded delicious, but I was surprised that they were so bland. I was expecting a stronger coffee, but found it to lack much substance. I did enjoy the honey cake! It had a nice subtle flavor like a graham cracker!

I had heard this was was the only place in town that had the viral Dubai chocolate. I went on a Saturday morning. Was shocked there was no one there. The shop had a beautiful aesthetic. I asked the girl what was some of her favorite coffees. She suggested the iced white mocha. So that is what I went with. I also ordered a small Dubai chocolate bar.My coffee and chocolate was served on a tray. I felt like royalty. I was super impressed with all the details. Even the straw was cute. The coffee was really good. The Dubai chocolate had a nice crunch. Not sure it was worth the money but glad I tried it. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience

One of the best blueberry muffins I've had in a while! I decided to check out this coffee shop for a classic cafe miel. The barista wasn't familiar with the drink but was still able (and willing) to make it for me. I grabbed my coffee to go and the muffin came in the cutest to go container! There were a few other people in there working and would be a less crowded more quiet place to get work done (unlike Starbucks). The star was very friendly and the place was a cute vibe.

Visited Mariam's with a friend and had the sweetest service. The seating was super comfy and cozy and the coffee and tea were yummy! Only note would be that the music was a little loud at times and explicit!
