I have passed this Mexican joint for years and finally made it here. It is located in the Centre at Smith Valley where it has a large parking lot that it shares with the other businesses in Centre.It is your typical Mexican restaurant with colorful decor. They have a large dining area and serve your typical Mexican fare that includes tacos, quesadillas, burritos, chimichangas, shrimp dishes, enchiladas and fajitas. They also have a decent selection of margaritas, if that is your thing. I ordered a Toluca Steak and I got one of their savory margaritas to wash it down. Instead of rice, I opted to go with the fries. It took about 15 minutes to get my food, but that was ok since I had some of their complimentary chips and salsa to keep me occupied. My server was nice enough, but I had limited interaction with her. My meal was pretty good. But you cant go wrong with steak and chorizio. Anyway, the steak was perfect. I highly recommend getting that meal if you make it here. This is a nice option to get you Mexican food fix. I was glad that I was able to make it here and will be back soon.

My family and I eat her frequently. The food is always good & fast. The servers provide a good balance of attentiveness and space to enjoy your meal. Margaritas are usually pretty stout, they will sneak up on you! Service was good. Atmosphere is nice. It was not busy which didn't bother us at all. It was kind of nice. Close to home. And very delicious. Tacos were great but I couldn't finish them. I took took the meat and cilantro out of the tacos and ate with avacado and lime and stil didn't finish the meal. Chips are good. A lot of places taste stale. These are good. Salsa was to spicy for me but probably ok for everyone else. Best thing everything came out hot. It was very nice. Cheese dip was one of the better I've had in the area.I recommend this place.

Me and my significant other love it here! When I initially ate here I just didn't understand the glory of this Mexican grill. Now I see the light...Margarita's is truly my favorite dining experience when it comes to Mexican cuisine. Although it may not be as authentic as legitimate Mexican meals served at taquerias, it is sure to satisfy any fan of cheesy, meaty, and spicy tastes!Our server this most recent visit mentioned that he was the "new guy", yet he had charm and did an absolutely excellent job at making sure we were satisfied throughout the entire visit. This man deserves the world (and perhaps a raise 0_0)The ambiance is definitely a maximalists dream. Bright colors everywhere and for some reason Disney artwork? Don't really get that as I'm not a Disney Adult, but hey it might make the younger guests get more excited about visiting this excellent establishment. Highly recommend this restaurant! Make sure to get the quesadilla toluca if you come because it will blow your mind without blowing your wallet :)

My husband and I had our taxes done at HR Block next door, so we decided to get some dinner before we head home. We walked in and immediately you notice how colorful it is! There were a fair amount of customers dining in, but still quite a few open tables. We stood in the entryway looking around for a hostess/host. We were greeted by a female who said something in Spanish to another employee, grabbed 2 menus and walked us to our table. We were seated in the area with the bar. Our server was a man with dark hair who must have been having a bad day. He took our drink orders and left, we did not order alcohol. He came back with our sodas after some time and asked what we wanted to eat. We ordered the table side guacamole and he said "no". He said they don't have any avocados. Ok, so we passed on an appetizer and just ordered food. I ordered the super enchiladas with chicken and my husband ordered the tacos de asada. He left and we decided to partake in the chips and salsa. While sitting at our table, I noticed lots of dust on the ledges. My husband noticed it as well and he is pretty much oblivious to everything!! Our server came out with our food, put it down on the table and walked away. We did not have any silverware so we just stared at our plates. We flagged over a lady and asked for silverware, she said ok and then walked off. We then flagged over a man who did get us silverware. We ate and the food was good, our server never came back to check in on us. We finished our food and waited for him to return. He returned with our check, put it on the table and walked away again. We paid our bill and left. Food was good, service wasn't so great. Again, maybe our server was having a bad day? My husband said to me "it's quite obvious our server gives zero fu*ks today!" I just laughed because he was spot on with that comment!

Just run away! Service was not good and the food made me sick. We will not be returning!!

We came here Saturday night for drinks, queso, and taco salads. This is definitely one of the better places in Greenwood and you totally can not beat the price of the drinks and free chips and salsa. Was a pretty cheap meal all together and we had lots of food and drink. Not the best Mexican I have ever had in my life but definitely a spot we will add into the rotation. I wish they had outdoor seating because that would make it even more awesome!

At one time their margaritas were awesome! Now they are just flavored water. We had a pitcher and I did not feel any different than I did when I sat down. Will not be going back.

Food is good but I prefer the Margaritas on US 31 instead. I believe they are the same owners but this one in my experience has smaller portions and the servers don't seem as happy, friendly, or as responsive as the one on US 31. Still....it's worth the visit.
