Mann Village Apartments

I loved living here. The rent was reasonable and the apartments were well maintained. The only downside was parking was a little walk from the apartment. The office people were extremely friendly, especially Carrie. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

I moved in here September 2023.Love my apt. For the last 3 months it has been horrible. I have a young neighbor who has broke every rule in the book.People coming Al hours of the night honking their horns.I can't sleep or sit out in the evening.Their are different people staying there that should not be.He has had several animals there.One person took his own life. Always something going on.There is so much I could say but I want.I am not the only one on this street that is upset over this.All of this is messing with my health.Something needs to be done.Pleas an thank you.Im to the point I stay scared.I stay in an keep my blinds closed.I don't like that.I love being outside.

So far the quietest apartment complex I have ever visited. Love to see how many activities they have for the residents.

I have lived here for two years and I want to give compliments to the office staff as well as the maintenance team anytime they come to my home to do general maintenance or to check my filters and smoke detectors. They are nothing but respectful, courteous and helpful. I love living here, I definitely feel at home.

Mann is awesome! The staff are so helpful and nice and really want to help you. The apartment complex is always nice and clean and quiet. The news letter is so nice and they always plan so many awesome events for the residents. The office staff is so friendly and the maintenance men are very nice and helpful.

I think it is pretty sad that when you get new neighbors and I have rented here for almost 4yrs and your new neighbors and thier company takes everyone's parking spots and we have to park way down from our apt. And we can't park in our own spot something needs to be said about this we should be able to park n front our apt

I have lived here a Mann Village apartments for about 3 years , I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. I love these apartment and I will be upgrading to a 2 bed room . And if they do not have a 2 bedroom , then I will be staying were I am . THANKS MANN VILLAGE FOR BEING A PLACE THAT I CAN CALL HOME. I LOVE IT HERE.
