Magoo's California Pizza - Avon

Magoo's is one of those places we keep coming back to, and every time, it hits the spot. Their pizza? Top-tier. The crust is buttery and crisp, the sauce has just the right touch of sweetness, and every bite is phenomenal. The owner is just as much a reason to visit--one of the friendliest people you'll meet. He genuinely cares about making sure every customer has a great experience. This time, he recommended the Tikka pizza, so we took the leap--and wow. So cheesy, so flavorful, and such an unexpectedly delicious combo. Definitely worth trying!Of course, we couldn't leave without the jalapeño garlic bread (because, let's be real, it's impossible to pass up) and their homemade ranch, which is next-level good. If you haven't been to Magoo's yet, consider this your sign.

Hands down, one of the best pizza experiences I've had in a while! Magoo's California Pizza is a total gem. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a cozy vibe that makes you feel right at home. We started with the Garlic Cheese Bread, and it was absolutely amazing. Perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and pillowy on the inside, with just the right amount of garlic and cheese. It was so good, we almost didn't want to share!Now, for the main event--the pizza. We went for one with half regular sauce and half white garlic sauce, and it was pure perfection. The regular sauce had a delicious, tangy kick to it, while the white garlic sauce was creamy, rich, and full of flavor. The contrast between the two sauces was brilliant and made each bite exciting. The crust was thin and crispy, with that perfect golden brown crunch, while still holding up to all the toppings.Every ingredient was fresh, and the combination of flavors was just right--nothing was overpowering, but everything complemented each other beautifully. The balance of savory, cheesy goodness with the richness of the garlic sauce was heavenly.Service was fantastic as well--friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. The casual, laid-back atmosphere made it perfect for a relaxed meal with friends or family.Magoo's California Pizza is definitely a must-try if you're in the area. I can't wait to go back and try more of their creative pizzas. Highly recommend!

Stopped in for a dinner after seeing a movie nearby.Magoo's has a very flexible menu, and we got a large pizza with half red marinara sauce and have with their white sauce to split among our party.Pizza was great. We dined in (though most seem to do take out) and even with drinks and bread very affordable.Location can be a little challenging to get into but definitely worth it and easy parking and access. Very clean inside.Will definitely return.

We ordered a delivery order of pizza for the first time trying this. I didn't use the app to order but wish I would've. You can track the delivery and you get points for every dollar spent. I did sign up after the fact, but I wasn't able to track my order or record the points. Our pizza arrived about 15 minutes late of their estimated delivery time, but it arrived in 45 minutes, which was fine for us. Considering I ordered around dinner time so they were probably busy. We got the chicken tikka pizza and I substituted banana peppers for bell peppers, we thought it was very good and will definitely give them another try the next time we want pizza.

The pizza here is a 10/10 every time we go! I love the white garlic sauce option and multiple sizes to choose from. You will not be disappointed!

I stopped by to pick up an order for lunch, and the food was hot and ready at the time I was told while ordering! There was a parking lot in front of the restaurant that could fit about 12-15 cars, and I didn't have any trouble parking, which is always nice. The inside was pretty calm and quiet when I walked inside, and I would have liked to sit down to eat if I hadn't been in a rushI got a personal cheese pizza, but the menu had a few items that caught my eye, like the chicken tikka pizza. I believe this is one of the few pizza restaurants in the Indy area that use only halal meats in their recipes. I was able to snap a quick picture of the pizza I ordered, but the fries I ordered on the side were gone before I knew it.... They were well-seasoned, crunchy and, deliciously crispy--I wouldn't have guessed how much I would enjoy fries at a pizza restaurant :) Will be going back to try the other menu items and those fries again!

Magoos is truly my all time favorite pizza! If you love ranch, they have the BEST ranch out of any restaurant I've had. They offer exceptional service and care about their customers. The restaurant offers a fun place to hangout and enjoy your pizza. I have moved an hour away and still make sure to make a trip for the pizza. It's truly the BEST!!

Best food I've had in a min. The service was more than impeccable. The vibe here is immaculate. The owner is a really nice man that serves his customers. If I start eating food here, I cannot stop. THE BEST FOOD IN THE WORLD.

I have a good opinion and review on this because of how their appetaziers and I especially like how they layer cheese on top of the pepperoni and most toppings.Very Nice and good service and kind people.
