Maduro On Main

My favorite cigar store/lounge in all of Indianapolis. The owner, Larry, is one of the nicest guys. The selection of cigars is excellent amd the price is decent as well. They sell a nice variety of "cigar lifestyle"items like soaps, candles, beard oils, etc.They also sell hats like fedoras, paperboy caps (that's what I call them anyways). They also have a wonderful selection of cigar accessories like ashtrays, cutters and lighters. If you're in Fortville and are a cigar person like myself, eat lunch at Taxman brewing and stop in to Maduro on Main 3-4 doors down and at the very least check out the store.

Couldn't have been nicer to deal with. They helped me find some great gifts for a friends 50th birthday. Very reasonable prices as well.

One of my favorite things to do is spend an afternoon in downtown Fortville. Lunch at one of the amazing nearby restaurants and then head down to Maduro on Main to see what Larry has for us to either take home or smoke in the smoking lounge in the back. I highly recommend stopping in! It's been great getting to know Larry over the last year+ or so. Small business owners like him really make the community what it is. His weekly email newsletter is great to keep you posted on what's coming and going within the shop as well as in the town generally. There are also great gifts for the cigar lover in your life. Check out the unique ashtrays carved from stone! Totally unique, and you can't really find anywhere else. Get a tshirt and then snap a pic on vacation while wearing it, and Larry will feature you on FB or on the wall of the shop. Enjoy a cigar and then stop by Libby's next door to grab some ice cream! Well, that's what we do anyway. ;)

So both of kids are expecting and these will be my first grand babies. My daughter is having a boy any day now. My son is not finding gender out and they are due the end of March. My dad bought Gender cigars for me and a few to pass out to friends. I started by looking online and there were a few very good brands out there. However they would not promise delivery for 30-45 days. Little late. I was talking to a friend who told he thought there was a brick and mortar cigar store in Fortviile. First thing I did was search Yelp but I found nothing. So my next stop was FB and there it was. I messaged the business and received a reply within minutes. Told the person what I was looking for,and take into mind this was Tuesday, and told would be in Friday or Saturday. Of course I ordered my It's a boy box of cigars. I received a message on Wednesday, the next day, that they were in and could pick up anytime. WOW and all others were 30-45 days. They also have a good selection of some of the top cigars and cigar accessories. Will definitely be going back.

Awesome awesome awesome cigar shop! Larry is awesome always asking what I've been up to and recommending the newest cigars I should try! Also Larry has stocked the location with some cool smoker add ons jackets hats and other cool finds.

I posted a negative review last time but I think this place deserves an updated opinion. The owner is nice and helpful. My last complaint was that I felt rushed or was under suspicion of stealing. This time was different. Great selection.
