Worst customer service ordered double Mac and fries. 8 people were served before me. Burger sat under lamp for 15 minutes because the crew in the back would not drop a fry. She asked three times on the third ask they pulled the fries after being in the cooker for a minute soggy and greasy. She served them anyway and apologized. Sat down to eat the burger was jerky. Through it all away in front of them and told them it was horrible. Not edible. No offer for refund just sorry. Please do not go here. Fair warning

This is good for what it is. Which is a small-town diner chain set up as a fast food restaurant.The biscuits and gravy are great (though I wouldn't say the best I've ever had) -- but they are indeed good and thick. Food is cheap, which is great. I get cravings for their brown gravy. Which, again, isn't anything fancy and I could make this at home... but still, yes, cravings.Everything's served in styrofoam, so you can easily pack it up to go if you want to take any home. As I mentioned in my review of another location (because we have a few in this town), skip the drive through if you can and just go in.Oh, and good call whomever recommended the onion petals. Those were fantastic.

Thankfully the food still tastes good. Mac's used to be known for their cleanliness. Man have times changed. Probably one of the dirtiest restaurants in Muncie. Not to mention how unprofessional the employees are. What happened to showing up to work looking nice? Or at least showered. Really sad to come back looking for the good old Mac's.

use to LOVE the burgers from here but lately they've been less than good. Last time was just awful. Gets 2 stars just because how good it use to be

This place used to be great but has slowly gone down hill. The service is horrible and it seems like it's a requirement to be extremely rude to work the drive-thru. They are extremely slow, the food comes out almost cold and tasting two days old, and the service is some of the worst I've ever had. Did I mention the customer service is horrible?!

The food there is really good. They make everything to order so itnis slow, but it's worth it if you have time to wait.

For lunch today, i decided on 'breakfast'...lol...I ordered bisquit & gravy, & side order of bacon. It was perfect, and so was the server. She was so sweet and friendly & Fast...lol. It cost me under $5.00. Best Breakfast meal ever. I'm also planning on trying their baked steak on Wednesday's. I've heard it is really good. That server deserves a raise! I think she was doing Everything by herself. God Bless You LADY..Oh, i was there a little after 12:30pm on 1/8/2021. Sure wish i had gotten her name.

First time = last time... The service was very slow for what we received. When we pulled up to the window, the employee was spraying the pop nozzles with bleach right before pouring our drinks. The smell of bleach was nauseating, and I swear I could taste it in the drink. Took one sip and threw the rest away. As for the food, I understand the prices were cheap... however, I was still expecting at least a little quality. You could clearly tell that they microwaved my "country fried steak" (aka large chicken nugget) while it was in the styrofoam. No thanks! There were burn marks all around the food. Another thing that went straight to the trash. If you're curious about this place like we were, save yourself the potential carcinogenic nightmare and just drive away!
