M Mogger's Restaurant & Pub

Stopped in at M Mogger's and went with the plain tenderloin and fried mushrooms. The tenderloin was thick and juicy which is normally the opposite of how I like them, however, it was exceptionally tasty. The mushrooms were crispy while also being juicy. Wonderful tasting meal. Will continue coming back for this combination

Mogger's is a Terre Haute institution with a lot of history. History that lives downstairs in the displays, and in the floorboards, watch your step! Offer your guests the beer/cocktail menu right away - since this place specializes in craft beer flights of six, and craft beer, you've gotta give the people the menu! LOVED my flight and built many local IN beers. The waitress for the table behind us completely misspoke to the guests (who also were not offered a beer menu) that a local cherry sour beer was "I think it's a dark beer". Waitstaff should know their beer menu. And give your guests the menu! I got the Italian Beef sandwich that was like a French Dip and my son got the highly recommended chicken specialty and devoured it. We loved our food and I loved my flight of beers, and would return.

Cool little Irish pub...Dropped in while traveling for work; recommended by a friend. Pretty chill pub... Cool vibes, great food, and good service. Mogger's has a really nice outdoor beer garden, so I'm guessing it's the place to go on the weekend in TH. A bit on the pricey side ($35 for lunch)... I'll stop back again though if rolling back through town.

Great bar, old time distillery with history and ambiance to it. Bar tenders are always fast and friendly. Recommend for a good bite. Try the tenderloin and cheese bites or mushrooms

Great little place... came in late with dogs and they were so nice. We sat outside on their wonderful patio, so nice of a patio. One of the better ones I have been to. Service was fabulous. Cold drinks, chicken wings were so good I should have had more. Burgers were large and service was the best.... Would love to come back.

We'd been here a few times over the last couple of years and was looking forward to a good meal. Waitress was good. Drinks were good. Food was horrible! I had the Townhouse Chcken, which consisted of 2 grilled (burned) and dry chicken breasts with some "cheese" that contained 2 mushroom pieces and zero flavor. My wife had salmon, which was so overcooked it was inedible. Our kind waitress showed it to the manager. He gave us a whopping 10% off of her meal, so we only wasted $18 on her meal instead of $20. We won't be back.

Nice place with great ambiance and friendly service. However, their kitchen can't make a Ruben worth a hoot. I ordered one tonight and it was very, very light on the corn beef. I expected better for an $18 sandwich. I'm sick of the shrinkflation. A Ruben should have more than 3 slices of corn beef on it. I mentioned it to the bartender when he asked me how the food was, Being busy and just going through the motions I don't think he even heard my answer, or if he did, he didn't take it seriously. Being hungry I finish the sandwich, mentioned it again later and asked for a discount. He checked with the manager and the response was, well if you mentioned it earlier we could have done something. . Long story short, order a sandwich from these guys at your own peril, and if it's not right make it known loud and clear early in the process.

Mogger's is an incredibly unique spot to eat a tasty meal or enjoy a cold drink in Terre Haute, Indiana. I ordered the Cheese Curds appetizer for the table to start. These spicy, lightly breaded Wisconsin cheese curds are served with marinara sauce. For my main dish I ordered the Mega Cheese Burger. HOLY COW! There is a lot of cheese on this burger. The Mega Cheese Burger is topped with bacon, spicy fried cheese curds, cheddar cheese, and fondito queso. Step inside this unique old building and check out the fabulous decor and antiques.

The food was delicious the atmosphere was good except for outside. The parking lot and the entrance to the restaurant was completely covered with bird poop with a dead crow laying in one of the spaces. Very unsanitary

Although this place is icon to Terre Haute, we found it to be a disappointing experience! The cheese curds were great but the bourbon chicken was dry and the sauce looked like it was just poured out of a bottle. We had higher expectations but came away feeling let down.
