Lunch Box Cafe

First off don't go before 8am at breakfast as they have one person trying to get like 15 tables. So don't expect a coffee refill. Then on to the food, so terrible I had to send mine back as it was all microwaved. My husband didn't like his biscuits and gravy but was too hungry to send it back. Waitress was rude when I sent it back and still charged me for the toast that I didn't eat and would take it off the bill. First time I just didn't leave a tip and will not go back. Fast food has better breakfast for way less. Don't bother.

This is the perfect dive breakfast spot. We enjoy the very casual vibes and cheap food. The servers are just okay, but they get the food out to you.

One of my favorite places for Breakfast. They also have some of the best homemade pies!

No frills. Just good food. Fast service and very reasonable prices. They have really good fried potatoes. Pies are available to purchase. Many regulars hang out there. Like a family place

The absolute largest & best tasting breaded pork tenderloin anywhere! It is also definitely worth upgrading to their homemade chip fries for a small additional charge. The service here is fast and friendly and the facilities are immaculate. There's nothing fancy or pretentious at the Lunch Box Cafe, just great, old fashioned, good food, for a very reasonable price.

Close at 3pm now :( Getting real lazy I see! Use to be open much later, now they gotta beat that 5pm traffic on the way home while People go hungry. Not open on Sunday :( Families don't like to get breakfast after Church do they? Lunch box says it's the day of rest, I say everyday for these lazy mo fo's is day of rest. Real lazy over here. Come in here in the morning when they get a few tables seated and they are in panic mode! LOL Sometimes won't answer the phone for carry outs. People flock to this place in the morning and they do have a pretty decent breakfast, but it's no Cracker Barrel. People forgot Cracker Barrel is just down the road. I would hate to get the all you can eat fish up in here, they would be in panic mode to keep bringing you that fish I bet. You be better off catching your own fish, probably be quicker. I do like the food here it's pretty good. I had to take 2 stars off for the fact they close at 3pm daily and not open on Church day (People want breakfast after church) They rather sleep in than serve the public on Sunday (they need rest) apparently.

Disappointed in the butterscotch pie. It's not brown sugar butterscotch that's homemade but orange butterscotch pudding from a box with cool whip topping. There is no brown sugar, no meringue that a good butterscotch cream pie should have. I didn't try any other types but I would ask questions the next time before ordering. I just assumed since they were known for their pie that it would be better. I wouldn't get it again. The service was great. My review is solely on the pie. The price was fair at $3.75.

I ordered a tuna melt today and was totally disappointed. The quality of the tuna salad was lacking..the cheese cold.. not melted.. I took three bites and could not finish the sandwich. I shared my concerns with the waitress, she said to tell the owner..that she would want to know. Tina is the owner and when i was discussing this with her she immediately became rude. She told me that the tuna was fresh everyday. She stated that when I get my own restaurant, I can fix a tuna melt any way I like. I was not combative and was insulted by her response. I was merely expressing my opinion on the meal, because the waitress said the owner would want to know. Tina's attitude was unnecessary.It's regrettable how she chooses to address her patron's concerns.

Always good food. Leave room for pie The breakfast menue is al Good option. I like their French toast with a side of sausage, liver a nd onions make aa perfect dish there is always plenty of fish on the sandwich service is fast and friendly can get rather noise y and mostly senior citizens chairs make loud screech sound when sitting or leaving they have tried rubber stoppers but they mostly have fallen off

Terrible..... Great place for those that only use salt, pepper and sauce to season meat. Waitresses gloat in privilege and are eager to exude sarcasm.
