I told the gentleman I had never been here. Lol he said it's like sushi subway.The food was good. Nothing great or different. Average but good.If you know what you want and like and you know what everything is and don't have any dietary restrictions you would probably give 4 stars.I have several dietary restrictions so I always have to ask lots of questions and being in a line with impatient people doesn't work well for me.That's not the establishments fault per se. Just the nature of an assembly line...Not much wiggle room .

So excited to try a sushi and bubble tea joint literally next door to my house. Even more excited to find out that it's delicious! Made in front of you fresh, large rolls! The bubble tea selection was quite large. I ended up getting a mango yogurt drink and my friend got the Thai tea which she said was really good. Lulu Sushi and bubble tea has only been open a few weeks and took over the Subway location at the strip mall at 79th and Fall Creek.

Highly recommend! Affordable and delicious! Clean and so cute inside. Wonderful couple that runs Lulu. Very kind and welcoming. Food was some of the best sushi I have had in a long time. We got the crab rangoon roll and one that had beef. Love the idea of getting a roll in a bowl or as a salad. Don't skip the boba tea! Kids had a great time as well. We will definitely be back!

I'm not a sushi person usually, but there's was so good! There were so many options for rolls, bowls, etc. They have soy paper (it's pink!) instead of seaweed which I like much more. The service was quick, helpful, and very friendly. The bubble tea was okay, but they really shine with their food. Definitely suggest trying their sushi!

It's nice to have a new place to try in the neighborhood. I had a sushi bowl and a bubble tea. I went at lunch and it was prepared quickly. The only thing I'd say negatively is that the protein in the bowl was smaller than Im used to for the price. I'll definitely try something new next time!

Lulu's is a great introduction into sushi roll/poke bowl style of food. There are a lot of cooked options for the less adventurous... I recommend the eel as a way to slide into familiar teriyaki-like Asian flavors without having to deal with the more intimidating raw factor.My 3 grandkids (ages 9-15) all like Lulu's even though only the oldest is into the raw sushi. The other two choose eel or chicken options. But what they really love are the drinks: bubble teas, slushies and Asian sodas.You can customized either your roll or bowl, but there are a lot of pre-designed ones to choose from if you don't know how to start. This is an order at the counter place (like Chipotle or Subway).The ingredients are all fresh and well seasoned (much healthier than burgers and fries), the restaurant is very clean, and the owners are welcoming and efficient.Go in for an addicting bubble tea and see the automatic sushi rice machine, then stay for lunch!
