I have not had this location but have had the brand in the past. Parking is a bit of struggle but it was also winter and snow in the ground. Staff is very friendly!! Perfect customer service! We had wings and I didn't have high expectations but boy were they tasty!! They were big and cooked to perfection. We tried lemon pepper flavor. The ranch is very good...is it made in house?? Taste delicious! Inwas not a fan of their version of blue cheese ...it taste very mayo based and no blue cheese.Pizza is what we are here for right?? Pizza is up in my top 5!! So good. Toppings are plentiful and fresh. We had thin crust and it was nice airy and flaky. I also had the crust less pizza. I had never had a sausage based crust but it was perfect and great for any carb conscious folks!!I will definitely be back!!

Just like the "Mother Ship" in the Windy City, this Lou Malnati's location serves exceptional Chicago-style pizza. For my money, there's none better!Tip: Not only is the pizza first-class, but there's also ample parking availableThe dining room is warm and inviting, and the staff here are all welcoming and efficient. In addition to their legendary deep-dish pies, Lou's also serves delicious thin-crust pizzas as well :-)

This pizza shop is closing. Their last day is March 3rd. The food today didn't seem like their best. The sausage was notably lower quality. In the past they set the standard high, too bad they've decided to close in Indy.

I FINALLY got to try Lou Malnati's, I've been wanting to for so long. I saw an influencer back in pre-2013 showcase how good their frozen pizzas were and couldn't wait to try a restaurant version.I ordered takeout online while I was passing through the city. I got their basic product, an individual cheese deep dish pizza with no modifications and followed their recommendations when ordering. It was pretty tasty! Not as deep of a deep dish I expected but it was still filling. The price point was fair.Would I get another? Yes and no. If I saw an option like this in an airport (I wouldn't walk, I'd run) or a friend wanted to go to Lou's absolutely. It was tasty. But it can't compete against true true Chicago Deep Dish PIzzas when you're in the city.

I've heard a lot about Lou Malnati's and I really wanted to like it, buuuut it just didn't do anything for me. When we visited, we were seated right away. It was a nice day so we opted for outdoor seating on the covered patio. Our waitress was really nice and very attentive. The wait for our food (two personal pizzas) was extremely long. I ordered the build your own deep dish with pepperoni, mushrooms and the spinach blend. When we finally received our food, I was very disappointed. My pizza looked really good, but it was practically tasteless. The sauce tasted watered down and the spinach blend tasted nothing like the garlic and herbs it was supposed to be enhanced with. The crust was also tasteless and very hard making it difficult to chew.Overall, I'm glad I tried it, but I won't be trying it again.

Lou Malnati's was founded by Rudy Malnati, who worked at Pizzeria Uno. Now it's everywhere in Chicago and also in Indy, for those Chicagoans who come to Indy for the jobs and lower taxes. In Broad Ripple, Lou's sits by the Canal. It's a good location, very walkable if in Broad Ripple Village. I'm able to walk to it, but parking is limited around it. This location offers dining services, but the carry out section is separate so as to make workflow easier. Now let's get to Ambiance. Limited review here as I got my pizza to go, but the facade is nice. Black roof, white building, and the classic Lou Malnati signature sign. I got a medium deep dish pizza. They do have thin crust options, and that's another debate as to what's more Chicago- tavern style or deep dish. For taste profile, it's 8.5/10. Can taste the freshness in the tomatoes and the sauce overall. There bottom was not soggy, so texture and feel 9/10.Presentation- 10/10. They attach a film to the pizza to prevent it from making contact with the box. Nice touch, and it's just good customer service. Overall 4.7/5.0. Will come back with friends. As far as I can tell, they don't have vegan cheese.

We were super excited that Lou Malnati's was coming to Indy, and have now been a bunch of times! The pizza is delicious as usual, and we love the family style salads. My favorite is the deep dish style pizza, a Chicago classic. The service here isn't the best, however. Each time we've been, service has been very slow and not super attentive. Also, they just recently switched from Coke to Pepsi products, which was super disappointing for a Diet Coke lover like me. TLDR: go to get some awesome pizza and a nice outdoor patio.

Best kept secret in Indy. Never too busy and you get seated right away. Interior is pretty plain but very spacious.Their special Lou's salad is huge snd delicious. The sweet dressing is tasty and you can buy bottles of their dressing to take home. We love it. The deep dish pizza is good also, but get it with butter crust. All in all, thumbs up. Worth a visit and hopefully your "go to" place for pizza and salad.
