Litterally Divine Chocolates

The store doesn't look to be occupied at first glance, but it was open. The shop appears to be primarily used for preparing the product as it does not have customer seating.We got a variety of treats. The caramels were top notch!! Highly recommend the pink salt caramel. It was our favorite! The truffles were a mixed bag. The raspberry, lemon, & lavender were excellent, but the lime tasted only like chocolate & the Indy was ok.We also got the brownie & peanut butter delights, which are a unique combination that I recommend trying. We would definitely try this place again & explore other flavors!

My first visit was honestly underwhelming but I would love to return still! I got four small bites as a treat and gift. I put them in the fridge until we ate them, so maybe that made them a little harder. The ones I chose tasted sugary over rich unique flavor, which is more what I expected.There's such a wide range to choose from so I would love to try more items!

Can't go wrong with chocolate!I got a few of their toffees, a peanut butter delight, and whatever the vegan options were. All were eaten up with no complaints. Their milk, chocolate toffee was very OnPoint and I highly recommend.I also ordered an iced coffee which the lady working said they had coffee cubes or regular cubes. More coffee in my coffee? Hell yeah, that's what's up. Would I say make a special trip to just this place? No, probably not. I would say if you're in that neck of the woods for sure stop by and get yourself a treat.

There aren't many places to buy local vegan chocolates in Indy. But Litterally Divine is one of those places! I needed vegan sweets for some teachers gifts, and I found that this chocolate shop had a good selection of vegan truffles, vegan toffee and more. I also picked up some traditional chocolates for non-vegan people in my life. There are a lot of truffles with interesting flavor combinations, like tangerine balsamic, blackstrap caramel and pink salt agave. There are also chocolate covered brownies, caramels, toffee and other sweet treats. All of their items are organic and locally sourced, and they make small batches, so what's there today might not be there tomorrow.They also sell ice cream and milkshakes! And they serve local coffee from Bee Coffee Roasters, as well as tea beverages.I'd be remiss if I didn't mention that Litterally Divine isn't a horrible misspelling. "Litterally" refers to the owner's name: Litteral. Whew! Before I knew that, I thought I was going to have to write an email to some poor unfortunate business owner. So now that you (and I) know, we can all sleep well knowing it's just a clever play on words.

We weren't sure it was open as the window displays were empty. We tried the door and low and behold they were. We came in just before closing so we kept it brief. I am so glad we came in. I had an almond toffee bar that I scarfed before I remembered I wanted a picture of it. Same for my hubby's peanut butter chocolate chunk ice cream. OMG! That ice cream tasted like peanut butter fudge with big chunks of yummy chocolate in it. The almond toffee bar was covered in almond shavings and chocolate and had pieces of almond inside. Not too salty, not to sweet, that bar was damn near perfect.

I was underwhelmed with the atmosphere and product. It seemed very sterile and bare, contrary to what one would think a "cute chocolate shop" would display. The chocolates were just ok. Definitely not worth the price point.

The lemon coriander truffle is one of this master chocolatier's latest creations, and it is to die for. I would strongly suggest coupling it with a cappuccino.

I stopped in here to get some easter candy for my kids. My wife and I always go to a chocolate store and had heard good things about this one. They had vegan candy if you are looking for that. It was too bad I got here at lunch time as they had what looked like an excellent cafe with a variety of good coffee choices but I had already had my coffee fix for the day. We selected a variety of chocolates for easter and the do have some smaller bunnies. Also we chose some of the chocolates as well. They have some unusual combinations with sweet and spice to them. Also they offer two kinds of sark chocolate up to 70% which I was excited about as I love dark chocolate. Nice store and place to sit if you drinking coffee as well.

First: the great. OMG fabulous chocolate OMG nomnomnomnom smoky black-strap caramels cloaked in creamy milk chocolate with sea salt peanut butter truffle perfect smoky toffee omnomnomnom...Next: the slightly less-so. Ambience was... sparse. Run-down. It reminded me of old artist squats in vacant warehouses, in my early college years... mostly, I think it's a studio space for the chocolatier to practice her art. Still, she served us a tray of chocolates and a cappuccino (the coffee beans were a bit acidic for my taste, but so nice to have a cappuccino with chocolate...)Anyhow, the shop owner mentioned that she has a shop on her website. I recommend her chocolate wholeheartedly.

Chocolates, truffles, handmade ice cream, caramels and coffee. What's not to love about this place? it's small but mighty. They have vegan options, which is not easy to find. There are a couple tables inside to sit and eat your sweets, or it's a quick to go order. They have interesting truffle combinations like lemon coriander. Great addition to Fountain Square.
