Lions Creek Apartments

I have lived here nearly 6 years and never been late with my rent. This recent snow blocked our road. Lions Creek took several days to plow which kept me from paying my rent on time. They charged me $70 extra for their mismanagement!

This was an awesome place until about 6 months ago. New owners came in and now it's bad. Groups of workers everywhere and anytime of day. Rocks for landscaping, painting brick, no outside court for basketball it's a bbq gazebo. Used to at least recognize workers, now you never know who the workers are and who has a master key.Safe not anymore.

New ownership have made horrible changes to apartments, like removing fans from the dining area (fire alarm goes off all the time now), hiring untrustworthy people for renovations that break things and left my home a mess, say they'll be done by a certain date but oops, they didn't order enough tiles and now you have to wait a couple more months for them to do this bs all over again. They improperly installed pipe fixtures under my bathroom sink and it flooded my upstairs bathroom. I don't feel safe in my own home anymore because they have constantly been in my apartment while also managing to never accomplish anything until the third attempt. Be prepared, they are now charging ridiculous extra fees in your rent. They have made it a bad habit to schedule renovations right before or after major holidays (Christmas).

This place has gone downhill since they were bought out about 10 months ago. They have workers that came from Texas that are living in Apts above us. They have master keys for every apartment and they have not been background checked this makes you feel unsafe not right I have complained several times and the last time I complained is when they were up there at 2:30 in the morning in the apartment making all this noise and do you know what the apartment complex sent back? Oh I need to call the noise ordinance people really work for you. Their contractors for you. This place is gone downhill so bad that's why we're not renewing our lease whatsoever it looks like this place is gonna be a section paints brick white hello get a grip grow up the white looks like shit just everything I mean this place is gone so bad since of the new owners very unhappy very very, very happy

I could go on with horror stories for a long time. People walk in while you are in the showers without knocking. They enter your apartment 1-6 days a month. They come in while you are away during working hours. They have spilt drinks around the home and left rooms destroyed almost everytime. Nails are left all around on the floors and I have stepped on one. I have photo evidence of the rooms being destroyed. For example paint ripped off of walls and more. Since they "renovated" the showers it has been broken and you can't change the temperature. I finally decided to make a maintenance request and asked someone to come and restore the hot water and they made it super hot and you can't change the dial at all. The first guy sat on it and broke the faucet off the shower. I had to buy cameras for my apartment and rooms because they go thru your items. They broke my tv stand and I am honestly terrified of them. If they come into your house so often you should be able to sue for them not paying rent.

My upstairs neighbors stomp and yell and scream every night and every day and I don't get sleep because of it. They leave their bikes in front of my door and other people in the neighborhood have complained about them to the main office so many times in the year we've lived here. The main office has done nothing.

I enjoy it here. The schools are very good for my son and the dog park is wonderful.

The office staff are nice, until you've had a problem. They are very rude and disrespectful! Appliances, floor, ceiling all falling apart. There "updated" is just hardwood floor rather than carpet. They are very noisy to the point of almost having NO privacy what so ever! I have to keep my windows, blinds, and curtains closed at all times! Maintenance are on top of things but half past it where its not completely fixed or breaks with in a week of being fixed.

Lions creek was an awesome place to live! I would still be living there if my job hadn't relocated our offices. Maintenance is quick. The office staff is nice. It's a quiet apartment complex. Go live there!
