Lincoln Square Pancake House

My friend and I went here (first time at this location) on Saturday morning around 10:30 and were able to be sat immediately. Our waitress was super sweet and attentive! They have a pretty expansive menu and I wanted to try a little bit of everything. I ended up getting the Verde Skillet -- HOLY YUM!! This dish was absolutely amazing!!! I also had to get a pancake because HELLO! I look forward to going back and trying some of their other offerings!

Very nice clean atmosphere with new booze and a nice view and the food for breakfast was excellent. The young lady that waited on us did a good job but still has a little to learnPrice was fine as well

Delicious, affordable and friendly! This is my go-to spot since moving to Indy!! Always greeted with smiles and never have to wait for a table. I'm pretty tall and I appreciate that the dining area is spaced out so you're not bumping into other tables or hearing their conversations.

Really good burgers and soups! You won't complain about portion sizes or go away hungry!

We came for an after-church brunch and had a great time! They seated us quickly despite being packed, our food came quickly, and everything was delicious. This is a great place for families, as the staff was friendly, tables were clean and accessible, and everything flowed smoothly. I can't wait to be back for some more French toast!

Yummy and welcome to Zionsville! My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful breakfast with excellent service. Indiana Benedict was awesome with fresh squeezed orange juice out of this world! YES

I had a wonderful experience and delicious breakfast skillet recommended by my server Mati. she was so lovely to help me order just what I like made it so simple and easy. I enjoy the whole process as she walked me through and gave me some advice. I would definitely bring my family here.

Family owned. Food came out quickly and was fantastic. Our waitress was very attentive and helped with any questions. The manager was friendly and interacted with the customers.

A very good place for breakfast or brunch ... lunch too, probably. The coffee is good; it's several steps up from other breakfast places. And, when getting the check, the wait staff has always asked us if we'd like a Coffee To Go. Breakfast items are plentiful and generous. We eat selectively, because there is always food to take home, and some foods travel better than others. The Hollandaise sauce for a Benedict actually tasted like Hollandaise sauce, instead of like pale yellow pasty stuff, which is what is usually found in places that make an Eggs Benedict. And, the eggs were poached perfectly. Also, when a few small special requests are made -- such as asking for some of their house-made strawberry jam even though toast wasn't part of the meals -- the answer has always been a yes, with a smile. This restaurant is a very good add to the area.

Opened using china for service. Have downgraded to thick plastic and smaller plates. Feels cheap and also used as a way to serve smaller portions and look bigger on the smaller plates. Pancakes were way under cooked.
