Lincoln Garden Family Restaurant

The 2 stars are for the service. The food was bad, or I should say my eggs were okay but the biscuits are gravy were like paste. These are the worst biscuits and gravy I've ever had. I didn't think you could screw up biscuits and gravy, but this place gets the award . Just like paper mache. The last time I was in this restaurant it was called The Wrangler, and it was back around 1990 and I was there about 2:00 am. The food was really good back then. I'm gonna take a hard pass on a return visit.

For the first time, I would like to say, this is a friendly restaurant. The moment I and my family walked in, the ambiance was acceptable. We were greeted with a hearty "Hello" the patrons were also friendly. After being seated, our waitress took the orders with accuracy and served us in a timely matter. The food was pleasantly good. The portions were plentiful. Would I return? Yes, I would. Although the fryer wasn't ready during the time of my arrival, I was there long enough to see the golden fries pass by headed to a table who ordered after me. So, I will return and order lunch. I must try the fries. The vegetable omelette I had was delicious. It was breakfast time. Next visit will be lunch. Stay tuned. This restaurant is TeamBrown approved.

This is a family dining restaurant. The food is good. The ambience is good. The service is awesome.Not a lot to say about it. It's standard diner fare.I'd write a longer review, and I might, next time I'm here, but, Liz was great and the food was good.If you're looking for standard fare, stop here.

Lincoln Garden is okay. It's been a long time since I've gone in, but from what I remember, the service is good.I've gotten it to go more recently and it was okay. My family and I both think their vegetables taste canned.

Look, it's hard to screw up breakfast, but you're in good hands at the Lincoln Garden Restaurant in Charleston. They've been at this for some time and have mastered the simple formula. Hot coffee, a couple of skillets, a Belgian waffle and some pancakes... This family restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner, but we've only been here a handful of times for their breakfast. It's no-frills and very affordable. The service is consistent and your coffee cup never goes dry. The food is served promptly and it is fresh. The place is clean and sparsely decorated, and totally non-offensive. A great choice for a tasty breakfast at a family owned business, and it's cheaper than breakfast from McDonalds.

Omg they're even lucky that I'm not even giving a star. My hubby and I went Saturday before the races, I ordered a chicken stir fry, I asked the waitress if it had wild rice or white, so of course she didn't know so she asked the cook and he really didn't know and said that it was wild rice but when I got my meal well it was white sticky rice, so of course I had to eat around the rice bc I've been eating the right foods and this didn't help...well my hubby wanted the special two pork chops meal but instead he got the senior meal and she said that he was looking at the senior one but he was actually looking back at the board...the pork chop wasn't even done...let's just say that he wasn't happy that he left very hungry and went to McDonald's afterwards and plus he's not even a freaking senior and I wanna say is thank you but we're never going back!!!!!

I will always go to Lincoln Garden for breakfast over Cracker Barrel - it's so much better, the portions are huge and the service is excellent

Wait staff was not very coordinated. The food was terrible. If it was even decent, I would say that but it wasn't. Price was not in line with quality. There were 7 in our group and we all had issues. Hospital food is better than this was. We won't be back.

Had a Reuben and fries. A tasty sandwich and a reasonable price. Relaxed atmosphere. Will go back.

Two parts to this review. First, we had a LARGE family group and descended on the restaurant with no notice, and they were VERY accommodating and set up a very long table in a side room. Despite the large group they did a great job taking our orders and getting our food to us quickly. I was happy with my order and I think everyone else was too. Second, I accidentally left my hat there. Over a month later, my husband was in Charleston again (we live over an hour away) and he stopped by to see if by any chance my hat was still there. It was and they had taken good care of i! (It was sort of special because I bought it on vacation in New Zealand several years ago.) So kudos to the restaurant and their excellent staff!
