We had a lot of fun here -- honestly, much more fun than I was expecting, considering the low ratings from other reviewers. We visited on a Saturday, and we got there right when it opened at 11 a.m., and we were the only people in the place for about two hours. Which was nice because LaserLite is a small place. When we left at around 2 p.m., it was getting very crowded, so just keep that in mind if you're looking to beat the crowd: Get there early. But, although it's small, it was the perfect size for my kids. They roamed around the room, playing arcade games (some that gave tickets that they could exchange for prizes), and I could see them whenever they were. There are about a dozen or so games to play, and they all require tokens, which you can buy at a kiosk with cash or credit card. There's everything from video games to a claw machine to air hockey to a basketball shooting game and other arcade things. We also played laser tag, which was really fun. For those that don't want to play, there is a balcony area where you can observe the action. The people who worked here were really on top of everything. They were wiping down stuff and fixing machines and always ready to help. And even when it got more crowded, they were still running around and helping everyone graciously. Also: You will know where LaserLite is by looking for the gigantic giraffe outside the building. It's definitely photo-worthy!

Oh my....but what do you expect when you leave a couple of teenagers in charge....SMH(Took my daughter to a Bday party there)nothing organized, trash all over the floor, teens in charge on their phones instead of working. Then when it was time to call a group to go in for a laser game the younger of the teens would come out on the floor and yell/scream/BELLOW the name of the party and COME TO THE DOOR!!!! It was cringe worthy. Many of the games took tokens and not give you credit, then you had to go tell a teen in charge who would try and argue it. This was 4pm Sat the 12th. Never again

I'm giving this place a one star because of their customer service and the price. When my gun would shoot And there wasn't a freaking employee to be found.

Paid three games for four people, first game fine, the next two games guns did not work, complaining did not help, the answer was "sorry, I cannot help you with that", no free game, nothing. One star, because this is the minimum...

I'm 39 years old and I actually had my birthday party this year. Why? A better question is WHY NOT!?!? My birthday happened to fall on a Thursday which for this business is $20 UNLIMITED laser tag AND free video games. With a little sweet talking they have been known to let a sister use the party room (to be fair it was for my son). They have other specials but the Thursday one is my absolute favorite. They have pizza and snacks and all that but really I just like to get in there and get my tag on. My oldest daughter will READ you on the tag-field. You do NOT want to play against her. My oldest son ain't too shabby neither and I just love to take the family and make a bunch of other little kids and sad moms cry. Cuz that's how I roll.

I looooooove this place! The laser tag arena is nice, perfect for a party of about 6-15. The facilities are clean and the arcade games are fun! It's all reasonably priced and with unlimited laser tag Thursdays it's the perfect place to go with some friends after work to blow off some steam.

I have booked three large group parties with LaserLite this past year (2016) - two for teens and one family event. To say everyone had fun would be an understatement. The large group pricing makes it very affordable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating for all three events. You can even add food or soft drinks. Free video games while you are waiting to play the next game is a bonus! As a group leader I prefer to use LaserLite for a safe action packed event that is indoors.
