I always order pizza to go, so I cannot comment on the dine-in experience other than this restaurant is one of the few remaining dine-in pizza places in the area. Ordering online is super easy, and my order was ready for pickup within 10-15 minutes of placing my order. What made it even more convenient is the drive up pizza window where they were very friendly and didn't keep me waiting.

Have eaten here about a dozen times. We usually get a large supreme pizza, a hoagie and a family salad. Steak hoagies are our favorite of any local place. Tonight we opted for the new plant-based meat supreme pizza. Neither one of us cared for it. The plant based meat just didn't taste as good and the pizza was way too dry--hardly any sauce on it, or much in the way of toppings either, for that matter.. So next time we'll stick to the regular supreme. Family size salad was good and we got enough to take about half of it home.

Pizza is as wonderful as I remembered from going to King's Island as a kid. Ypu can buy the pizza and pasta sauce at the restaurants. I bought some for me and those whom I know would be disappointed if I didn't grab a jar for them!

First time eating in dining room in this location. All our food was brought out wrong. Later had other family stop by and grab hoagies on way home from foot ball game and had barely anything in them. Expected better than this from a Larosas. Won't be back.

I live right across the street from this location which makes it easy and convenient to pick up. I order extra cheese every time, and without fail the pizza has no extra cheese. Maybe I need to stop ordering online. Do I need to call and insist on it??

Came in for lunch alone because I was having a bad day and needed peace and quiet, as well as comfort food. I told the hostess I was there alone for peace and quiet and she took me to a nice table in the back corner where she said it would be quiet and that was honestly so thoughtful. I had my laptop with me and was working and while my waiter was very attentive and friendly, he also respected my quiet time. My food was perfect too. Thank you, Larosas lunch staff for making my day a bit better. You all deserve raises!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I can't even tell you if the food was good because after 45 mins, we had to go to the HOSTESS to ask for soda refills. Jason the waiter finally showed up for the first time since dropping off the sodas. we asked what the status was, he has ZERO idea, left to ask, THEN CAME TO CLEAN A DIFFERENT TABLE WITHOUT GIVING US AN ANSWER. Waited another 5-10 minutes and he was no where to be seen again. Multiple reviews mention that the service at this location was awful. I am here to 100% back those. DO NOT GO HERE!

I have never had a problem before. However, tonight they sent me a the pepperoni pizza only covered half way in cheese/pepperoni - I am not one to complain but I can't believe they served this to a customer. UPDATE: I work in food service, so I know how important redemption is when something goes wrong. I didn't need much, just my money back and an apology and I would have returned. They did give me my money back, however, I spoke to TWO TEAM MEMBERS AND ONE MANAGER AND DID NOT GET ONE APOLOGY. are you kidding me? That is unacceptable, Larosa's just lost a loyal customer. I'll be giving my money to a company more concerned with quality and customer satisfaction - I suggest you do the same.
