i am looking for Tina. the office put my number on automatic answer system.I've been residing here for nearly two years, consistently renewing my lease every six months due to the possibility of an early move. On 7/30, I provided a 30-day notice to vacate, intending to leave by 8/26. However, Tina informed me of their requirement for a 60-day notice, so I paid an additional month's rent (covering 9/1-9/30) to meet the 60-day requirement. This was despite the fact that I had already moved out of the apartment.Surprisingly, Tina insisted that even with the 60-day notice, I still needed to pay for the full month (lease ending on 10/30) or face collection. This left me baffled. I attempted to discuss this matter with Tina, but she claimed they had received the vacate notice on 8/3, which was supposedly 3 days late. I questioned the accuracy of this claim.I proposed the possibility of finding a middle ground or starting the search for a new tenant immediately. I also suggested involving her supervisor or the property owner in the conversation. Tina assured me she would call me the following day at the office, but she failed to do so. My attempts to reach her at the office were in vain as well.

Apartments are cheaply made, old, poorly put together, and the insulation is impressively horrible, but none of that compares to the maintenance and leasing office. The worst communicators in the history of communication are the people answering the phones when you have a maintenance emergency. Even in non-emergency situations, maintenance takes 3 weeks to respond to anything at all, and half of their crew is a constantly rotating cast of people who don't know what theyre doing. If you need a place to live, do not live here; if you need a job but have no skills whatsoever and can't get a job anywhere else, apply, I'm sure they'll hire you in a second.

What does this office staff do, they're never open, they're closed all weekend every weekend! They don't return messages, there's always an excuse for everything here. This is not how the old leasing office was run. It was much more efficient and cared about the tenants. Literally, my husband has spoken to them repeatedly about the same things and every time they act like it's the first time they've heard it, here's a tip: buy a pad of paper and take notes.

The air conditioning sucks, in the summer time it gets really hot and they say there is nothing they can do about it. Yet they raise the rent every year. I like the atmosphere but it's too hot in the apartment

Cars broken into first weekend. Tub sounds like it will break through. Mail is only open 8-4 so you can't get packages. No communication. Horrible choice! We will move out soon!

Before signing my lease, I looked at these reviews and said to myself that there are some 5 reviews, therefore it might be ok...Wrong! I stayed there for a short period of time, and has to walk like a mouse so I don't disturb my neighbor downstairs. You will be forced to get internet with ATT only, and most likely your internet will not work after a rain (by the way, they stole the first modem that was sent to my apartment). You will pay for every utilities and take that into consideration (electricity was in $200 in summer when though I worked at home only 1-2 a week, barely cooked). This summer, the garbage was not removed for almost a month...That was a mayhem...The real pool that you see on the website was closed pretty much all summer....When I finished my lease and moved out, I received a hefty bill of $400 for stove top, to be paid in 3 days...Apparently I destroyed the top, even though I barely cook, and left when everything was working properly. Thinking about it, I feel lucky to have escaped without more surprise bills. If you still want to move there because you have no other option, make sure you remember the day you will be leaving and the conditions of everything: microwave, oven, washers...Basically, when you move out, you will most likely paid for a replacement of these tools.
