Today I had the experience of meeting Landmarks Staff. I really enjoyed the environmental atmosphere. Before meeting staff I road around the block to check scenery and to see what neighborhood I was approaching.... However, after observation landmark has an enduring ambience... extremely peace, neat, and clean. The apartments were reasonable as well. Being a resident at Landmark has been considered n I'm very picky. I thank you to the special lady that lead to this location.

I originally was upset with this place after moving in and meeting my very rude leasing manager at the time and so many other issues adding up I just couldn't take it. Time has gone by and that employee left the company and it's been a lot better,there's been no harassment by the leasing managers everyone is really friendly, they're getting maintenance issues fixed as soon as they're able and the community is quiet and pleasant to live in.

I lived here for a year . When I first moved in , the apartment was NOT in excellent shape I would say more of good with cracks showing in the ceilings and walls and the light lamp hanging ( which I did report ) . I was told 2 times that I can stay in the apartment a extra 2-3 days if need and NO ONE from the office mentioned anything about a prorated rent until literally this morning which is Dec 4th , the first time was offered. I tried communicating and letting her know NO ONE TOLS ME ABOUT A PRORATED FEE and she said well we didn't tell you but you still have to pay ( she was one that gave me my second approval ) . UPDATE: I just called and talked to the manager who gave me my first approval , she basically told the truth and went back to the employee side which I'm not surprised. JUST BE CAREFUL WHEN LIVING HERE AND DEALING WITH THE OFFICE . They don't communicate correctly .

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed living in our apartment at Landmark! The grounds were always well manicured, maintenance was fast and efficient, snow removal and salting of the sidewalks was always done early in the mornings during the winter, and it was very quiet and enjoyable! Our utilities were reasonable for our apartment space and Stephanie and the other girls in the office were great to work with! We lived there for two years and were sad to leave! We would definitely recommend living here!

I live in one of the apartments here and I would not recommend this building to anyone. The building in which I stay did not have proper infrastructure to get Comcast and hence we were rudely told to get AT&T as the apartment complex legal responsibility is to ensure that you have light and water not internet. There is construction going on and it is hard to stay in the apartment especially if you have a dog. No compensation or consideration for the inconveniences.

My brother and his friend lived there for a year or two and had some pretty great times! I was always intrigued by the floor plans and layouts. Not sure how much has changed in 30 years but, hoping to find out soon!

I have lived at Landmark for about 9 months now and I am very impressed with the management at this complex! I have lived at a couple complexes where the leasing office just does not care, the maintenance just throws duck tape on things and calling it "fixed". I absolutely love the layout of my apartment and I love the complex landscaping. It has a huge nature vibe with the trails in the woods and being able to catch and release with the pond. In the last couple of months they have gone through and completed multiple landscaping projects and fixed minor things to buildings and carports. The leasing staff is beyond helpful with everything I need help with, they are great with calling back about small things, they are great with relaying information about work orders. I love that they send out birthday cards for your birthday, most places don't even tell you happy birthday. It's the small things that mean the most. Maintenance is awesome as well, there were four and now I believe there are only three. These guys are so polite and actually care about the issues I am concerned about. They are very timely with how fast they respond to work orders I submit. I just want to let the staff and the management team know you guys are doing awesome! Thank you for making Landmark a wonderful and comforting place to live!

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Scammers. Plain and simple. The customer service is awful too. The apartments are shitty and you need to save your money and go elsewhere. First, the water bill is split between the other people in the building! You have to pay for their water so the bills were outrageous: running from $75-$45 a month! Secondly, the apartment I was in had numerous amount of issues ranging from: the toilet never flushing and leaking, the air conditioning never worked properly, there were multiple areas on the carpet it felt like you were going to fall through, and the oven burners never worked properly either. I know you're reading this Maxine, and I hope you know that you have no reasoning skills whatsoever and should not be working in a business where you deal with people! They will charge you for what is wrong with the apartment! It is a joke, a scam, and unethical. Landmark? More like landshark because they will scam you out of your money!

I love living here. The staff is proactive and care about residents. When a gate was broken, they hired a 24hr security guard. The grounds are clean and they fix matters quickly. Great value for the price and wonderful layouts.
