I lived at the LaCabreah Apartments for over a year and a half. I never had a single problem with them, they sent out regular maintenance to inspect certain things in the apartment. Any time I had an issue, maintenance was there quickly to resolve it. Their customer service was always phenomenal. If you're looking for a nice place to live, LaCabreah is definitely worth the money.

I am currently apartment searching () and it has been a journey. I have a friend that is a current resident at these apartments that has said literally nothing but great things about them. I've actually been in her place and enjoyed the space. I had come back from a trip and taken the day off. I decided after a nice lunch I would go tour. I set the tour up on THEIR website for that day (meaning they had availability) at least 3 hours in advance. After a great lunch, I drove 30 minutes to the complex to walk in to an unpleasant leasing office. Marie was the young lady there and I'm not for sure if she was having a bad moment but she was not welcoming. I walked in she looked at me then continued about her business (sitting at her desk). So I spoke and let her know that I was thereTo do a tour. She let mw know that there were no availabilities because the one unit she had open someone was moving in that day. I informed her that that was odd because I booked online (she never asked me what size unit o was looking for). She stated that the leasing office doesn't get those notifications( not solely hee fault here, however if we are going to use an online system make SURE your staff gets notifications!) She proceeds to tell me while I'm still in confusion that she can give me information on the apartments and that these videos are better than online. Cool. She NEVER gets up. She say the paper and her card on top of a candle on her desk. I was extremely frustrated and disappointed at the fact that time, gas and again MY time was wasted.

The property manager is completely rude and not helpful when you have issues. Upon move in there was no shower head and I had to purchase one after waiting for over a week and maintenance never showed.Needed to end lease early and they want to charge $4300 + 2 months of rent. The "optional" amenities package is in fact not optional once you add. So you will be paying $200 more per month even if you do not want or use. When ending the lease you will automatically be charged $140 for carpet cleaning (they do not even check the carpets prior to billing you for this). check with BBB to verify all of the other similar and disturbing complaints which shows with their F rating.

The staff, particularly Dana, was so helpful and professional. She covered everything so thoroughly during the initial presentation, and was always very polite and detailed. She also covered every detail thoroughly during the lease signing to avoid any surprises which may arise. (In reading the previous reviews, I highly doubt that the same staff is in charge now.) The quality, value and cleanliness of the apartment and entire complex is superior to many other places where we looked. The location is quiet and the views of the woods or the horses across the street were peaceful. Great amenities. There are many trails nearby for jogging and walking, which was very appealing. Highly recommend to those who enjoy living in the suburbs, close and convenient to stores, great variety of restaurants, pharmacies, gas station, etc.

Horrible staff they are extremely rude and disrespectful. They have a revolving door at the front office. It is not a community they do absolutely nothing. Maintenance is hit or miss. Poorly built you can hear everything. Very bad lighting unless you install ceiling fans with with lighting.

Inadequate parking, too many large barking dogs, unfriendly staff and neighbors. I terminated my lease early - should say I moved out early but continued to pay my rent for 4 months until the end of my lease. There were no other 1 bdrm/ground floor apartments available and mine was moved into the day after my lease terminated - the person who moved in had been on a waiting list. I am single, no pets, travel frequently - the apartment looked as though no one had lived in it - spotless. Yet, I was charged a $200 carpet cleaning fee. The only carpet was in the bedroom and it was cleaner when I left than when I moved in. Best part - my tenant insurance lapsed approximately 6 days prior to the end of my lease. I didn't expect that to be an issue, I wasn't living there-oh but it was. No one in their office could be bothered to alert me to the fact that they locked me out of the apartment - on that day-no notice. I still had a few boxes in a corner and some things in a closet. Luckily the patio door lock had not been changed and I was able to retrieve my property but the office staff never could tell me why the lock was changed...figured that out myself. And if you do have issues with the office - oh well...you will live with it. There is no corporate contact information available to file a complaint. Oh-and the yellow water...nasty!

This is the best place I have ever lived! Moved in May and haven't had any issues. Skyler got us all set up to move in and he was great help. Located next to a horse farm makes for a beautiful view. Very quiet. Wish the pool was bigger because it's always busy. 24 hour access to the fitness room. Apartments are extremely clean with granite countertops and wooden floors on the first floor only to help prevent noise control. They have a great door to door trash service. Parking is full all the time so it would be nice to have more. Apartment is large and bedrooms are of great size. Nice spacious bathrooms and walk in closets. Couldn't be happier.
